Good morning to everyone!
WI up .2.....life
WO today is rest day for a formal workout but not for just general running around
Today I will go to the 'shop' and do more cleaning out of old paperwork that I have to take to the shredder. DH is not happy that insist they be shredded and that will cost a few $$, but it really needs to be done.
other than that a normal day on the home front
yangtzer I bought the smoker to actually do some cold smoking of cheese, and some foods...as well as a few cocktails. But last night I smoked the ice in a tulip glass then poured in diet tonic water and a little bitters. Alcohol free drink that made me feel like I was having a nice cocktail. That and the popcorn. I found if I take the wood pellets and smash them an 1/8th of a teaspoon is all you need.or less.
Yangtzer Most of our appts are made in advance when we are at the Dr for our normal apts. Does that make sense? LOL I did call to get a follow up to my breathing issue and was able to get it later that same week. Not too bad. Sometimes it takes a couple days to transition from vacation mode to normal mode.
Nancy I remember going through exactly what you are going through now. Hiring a shredder is so much easier. We had 32+ years of stuff! I shredded my parents stuff after they passed away and I said never again.

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

Hebrews 10:36
For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
Paula woke up in pain. Her stomach was cramping, and she felt ill. It must have been the diet pills. Her friend had told her they were safe and they'd help take off weight three times as fast as normal. Why had she listened to her? She knew pills weren't the answer, but she wanted to lose weight fast. She never had been very good on patience. Her mother told her to pray for patience, but no, Paula thought she had a better idea. The truth was, there was only one way she was going to lose weight, and that was through perseverance and patience. Her mother was right. If God would give her a second chance, maybe together they could make it work.
Today's thought: Nothing takes off weight faster than devotion and commitment!
Luke 1:49
'For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.'
Carolyn felt good about herself. She was in her own apartment, working full-time at a job she loved, and she was looking better than ever before. God had been so good to her. She was afraid when she first set out on her own, but she knew He was looking after her. With God on her side, she felt she could accomplish anything. God had set her feet on a good road, and she was going to try her hardest to stick to it. She wanted everyone to know what God had done for her, and she planned to do nothing that would allow anyone to doubt. The power of God shone brightly through her life, and she was glad.
Today's thought: I want my diet to be a sign of God's grace!
Will be shoveling snow today ❄️☃️❄️, so sure to get a good workout. Sitting by the fireplace 🔥 with my pup now, enjoying the warmth and Christmas music before we venture out into the winter wonderland. I am sure I will be tired later today, but look forward to a Christmas show this evening with a nice mug of hot chocolate. Stay healthy and happy.
