Good morning
WI up .8 grr
WO today is day 1 of week 12......almost done with this 12weeks, then start a new one on Jan 2

I measured myself last week since my weight has actually gone up 3lbs since starting. Now some of that (most) is poor food/alcohol choices. But I did add some bulk to my chest and a small shrink on my tummy. The rest mostly the same. It takes time to change the body composition.

Not much to add today but will catch up reading tonight

Good afternoon! Worked at my volunteer job today. Only two customers today. Power walked to and home from it today. Ran errands on my way home. Had lunch when I got home. Am watching a program I recorded off of Hallmark Channel last month. 🎄🎅🏻🧑‍🎄🤶

WI: Thank Covid, 2 lbs lighter.
WO: Sleeping
FOOD: BBQ meat, my appetite is back

Nancy..Congrats on a smaller waist Since you’re doing weight training, the 3 lbs might be muscle gain. Muscle weighs heavier than fat. Btw, what new program are you starting in 2023?

Ciecie..What are your favorite TV channels? I love Travel/History/Food/HGTV

Diana..Did you put up your Christmas tree yet?

SinaRose..How was country skiing? On a ski trail?

Teri..How are you doing?

Fluffypuppy..Welcome back Let’s do this together. Wow, I love Sound of Music. What instrument did you play in the production?

Girl81..Welcome on board 8 miles, that’s impressive. How long did you finish? Btw, I want to try IF too.

Hi Everyone!

Yangtzer I'm glad you are feeling better.

I'll be leaving to go out of town tomorrow. Hopefully I will be able to check-in while away.

Have a Blessed evening!

Good morning! Yangtzer, I record a lot of movies on TCM and Hallmark. I also record programs on my local CBS and NBC stations. Will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed. Was doing some things I needed to do before my trip on Wednesday. 🎅🏻🧑‍🎄🤶🎄

Good Morning, Everyone!

Have a good trip Ciecie.

Steps from yesterday: 5,308

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

December 20

Revelation 3:21
'To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.'

Gramps promised Kathy that if she would lose forty pounds by Christmas, he would take her to Bermuda with him. Kathy could hardly wait for Gramps to see her. She'd topped out at fifty-three pounds lost, and had a note from her doctor as documented proof. At first, she never thought she'd make it, but a lot of prayers, sweat, tears, and sacrifice had made it come true. She had never worked so hard for anything in her life. Even without the trip, she felt she'd received reward enough, but she planned to hold Gramps to his promise, anyway.

Today's thought: I'd rather be overjoyed than overweight!

Just sending seasons greetings early since we all may be in/out over the next few weeks.

Diana-wow, glad you located your missing church member. Have a good trip!

Ciecie-I hope your trip goes well.

Yangtzer-glad you are feeling better. You lost 2 lbs! I guess that is finding something positive out of getting COVID. Skiing was fun on the trail. It was cold but beautiful outdoors.

Nancy- good job on getting that body toned up.

Welcome Fluffypuppy, girl81

Thank you all for the warm welcome! <3
Weight: I am back up to 105.8
Workout: 4 miles elliptical; 5 mile walk

I am still unsure whether this new probiotic is going to help. I keep praying for the wisdom to solve my digestion issues. I trust that Jehovah is helping me.
