Good Morning, Everyone!
Steps from yesterday: 14057
Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

James 1:2
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations.
Renee really felt good whenever she had the strength to say no to food that was offered to her. Each time she could refuse eating, it made her feel she'd won a moral victory. Mentally, she kept score. It became a game to see how often she could hold out between defeats. In a strange way, it made her diet enjoyable. She felt she was really accomplishing something that was important. By the end of about four months, Renee was able to defeat just about every temptation that came along. She felt God's pleasure as she grew more able to decline treats. That joy made her diet fly by.
Today's thought: Diets can be fun, especially when they're done!

Good morning to all
WI ykiers up 2lb, poor choices on my end, and maybe a bit of muscle soreness
WO drove to the gym this am only to find it closed. Guess there was a power outage in the area and the power had just come back on so no one was there yet, so drove home and did a workout from fitness blender....kicked me to the floor
About my medication, my dr. has advised me to go back to my tried and true meds, he is the one that has prescribed the last 3 that I have reacted to. He is trying to find one that will treat my long standing battle with psoriasis and arthritis. my tired and true does not address the arthritis and can cause stomach problems with long term use.
Today will be errands, and none exciting lol
Diana wow you steps yesterday!!!
Teri that is so sad about the professional you used passing from covid, I think we all know someone whom this nastyness has touched in one way or the other.
ciecie, you are one busy lady
Rachel, if I forgot to tell you congrats on your follow up appt.

Hi!
Nancy: Side effects sound awful...Hope that there is an answer for you...
Diana: So sorry that you lost someone in your church. Hope that your friend that you took to the ER is doing fine now.
I am feeling really cold tonight. I did not get to swim today...I desperately needed to do some gardening because we are having frost tonight. So I dragged some plants into the garage and covered some others. Maybe I can do a better job later in the week...It had to be done...
Diet not-so-great yesterday, but it has been good today.

Good Morning, Everyone!
Rachel Is the track at a school? A school close to me has a track and we have walked it before.
Steps from yesterday: 6,857

November 3
Psalms 126:6
He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
The groaning was over. The long nights of hunger lay behind. For some strange reason, the diet was getting easier. Finally, Diane's body had gotten the message that snacks and heavy meals were no more. The cravings and cryings of her stomach subsided. It had been a tough war, but Diane felt she had scored a victory at long last. All the weeping was behind, and she felt a wonderful joy. She knew that plenty of tough times lay ahead, but she also knew she could handle them. With God's help, she would make it. The hardest part was behind her.
Today's thought: When I take it one day at a time, the days fall away as fast as the pounds!

Hello to all
WI up another 2lbs so now back over the 150 mark at 153. Can I say late night snacks...so I am exploring some low cal, low sodium eats that will keep myself busy in the evening
WO made it back to the gym today but only did walking on the treadmill. Yesterdays workout at home has left my shoulders pretty sore from doing unaccustomed moves.
I will be back later, off to the butcher in a nearby town. I need to pick up a roast for my brothers birthday. We are celebrating with my sister flying in next week.
