juice equivalent to 60 calories
coffee w/cream & monk fruit

Lunch (270 Calories)
1 Siggi's yogurts 110 calories
Fage 0 yogurt 90
Fruit 70 calories

Dinner ( 550 Calories)
yellow squash "noodles" 50 calories
3 mushroom ravioli's 100 calories
mushroom sauce 100 calories
roasted chicken 200 calories
vanilla pudding cup 100 calories

Exercise:
No workout to report. Everything I attempted today put up a huge fight. Very frustrating day.

It had been a tough war, but Diane felt she had scored a victory at long last. All the weeping was behind, and she felt a wonderful joy. She knew that plenty of tough times lay ahead, but she also knew she could handle them. With God's help, she would make it. The hardest part was behind her.

Morning! Did cardio and walking yesterday and stayed around the calorie target. I will do some strength training today but need to be careful about not messing up my back.

Yes please be careful of your back!, mine kept me up for the better part of the night last night. Think I over did on some of the HIIT routine yesterday

First week back after more than a year off my maintenance plan.

Today I'm just planning to focus on controlling my urge to snack, staying on my Optavia plan, doing a little light activity to get myself used to movement again, do some squats and stretches, and go for a walk tonight.

Good afternoon! Welcome back shrinkn! Power walked and ran errands this afternoon. Also went to Mexicali’s for lunch. They were super busy today! People were stopping in after voting. Also people who were working the polls came up for lunch.
