Hello everyone.

Thank you all for the wonderful greetings. I am going to love it in this thread.

I am having a good day. Drinking my water like I should. Still need to look up on Youtube for a sitting exercise video. I did look yesterday but there were a ton so I'm going to have to do some research.

I am in the middle of trying to get my house in order. Back on Sept 1st, I caught my kitchen on fire, it was very bad. I'm such an idiot. It's taken this long to get a check back from the insurance. I am currently living with my daughter. The whole situation is upsetting.

Tomorrow is my last weight loss class. I wish it wasn't, however, I am more determined than ever to lose weight and become healthier.

Thanks again for being so welcoming.

Today went pretty well, which means I'm at Day 2.
I decided to go to yoga today instead of a more intense workout- I think I could use some meditation.

I snacked on some nuts and chocolate a few hours after dinner, which put me between 1600 and 1800 calories, so I'm just barely under the amount of calories burned.

I'm hoping to go on a jog tomorrow, so hopefully the weather will be nice. I'm also going to start a push-up challenge, starting with just a few pushups a day until I'm strong enough to do more.

Calories today: 1345

Sorry I'm not very talkative on here right now. Sometimes it takes all my focus to just not screw it up.

Diana, my husband is doing well and going on one year without a seizure. :fingerscrossed:

Lisaloveshearts, that must have been scary to burn up your kitchen! I hope the repair work goes smoothly.

Thanks to everyone who thinks my food looks good

Diana - I like T25 a lot, but I have trouble pushing myself to the MAX in only a 25 minute period. I need to push myself harder.
Today's workout was RIP'T Circuit and I was supposed to use dumbbells but I don't have any yet, so I used textbooks.... hahahaha!!

It's almost that time of month for me, and I am craving sugar like crazy!
Thursday will be my day off this week, and I am treating myself to some pizza Holding out till then!

Have a nice night everyone!

Good morning all,

179.5, we had ham last night, wasn't sure what would happen. Seems like the extra walk is helping. I need to get another squash, the soup is great for me for lunch.

Diana Hunter is doing well, he likes laying around now that it gets dark early, too he gets his exercise chasing snacks, he loves milkbone minis.

MonteCristo we have something like that with fish chowder in my family, my dad made it, my brother and I were too young to appreciate it. We sat at the table for a long time that night

Hope everyone has a great day

Smile November 2016 goals

Hello!

I posted early this am, but it kicked me out and I was too tired to repost. I think it is better to post here right after I turn on my computer. I think I need a new computer with a lot more RAM! But I am hoping to get a few more years out of this computer.

My weight is about the same. I swam 60 laps yesterday and today. I also did 20 minutes of water walking today.

Yesterday, I went grocery shopping and bought mostly healthy things. My weaknesses were a Taco Bell breakfast bowl, two servings of chocolate milk, an Asiago bagel and 1 1/2 brownies. Alas, it could have been a lot worse. I need to get used to rewarding myself a lot less frequently. Oh, I had two frappes last week. I can't complain about that...much better than almost everyday. It is better for me to buy single servings of junk food, rather than have a lot at home to think about.

I felt some peace of mind yesterday...was just sitting sorting some stuff in my purse. I am also working on my stuff in the den.
Today, I need to do some gardening. I have a list of things to do. Wish that I had a lot more energy.

Hope you all are doing better than me.

Good Morning!

Woke up to a big jump on the scale () I did really well yesterday, both on the food and exercise front, so I'm guessing this is just because I ate kind of later than I usually do, and it was a big meal (chili and cornbread, yum!). So I'm not going to panic just yet. 1451 calories for Tuesday, 20 minutes walking and 20 minutes on the elliptical. I have a big list of minor repairs I've got to do on rentals this evening after work, but I will still get in my BBB workout. I'm loving this new routine!

Happy Hump Day!

Hello all,

Happy hump day!

No change in weight for me today. All is going well with me. It's so exciting seeing my body shrink, especially my middle area.

nancylmrn - Some days I'm probably not getting enough. Since I lost some weight, my calories have dropped to around 1380 something. Yesterday and Monday I added a few cashews as a snack to up my calories. I definitely don't want to get too low because I will not lose weight if I go too low.

I hope everyone is having a great day.

My plan

B: 2 slices Sara Lee cinnamon bread, coffee w/cream & sugar, banana
L: 1/5 C Chicken & wild rice soup, 1 small cornbread square, 2 Dove Dark Chocolates
S: Apple, tea
D: TBD
Exercise: Walk

B'fast & Lunch has me up to 993 calories according to Lose-it.
