I was right to be suspicious about the abrupt drop, I'm way up this morning. I think it's partly bloating from PMS, partry overdoing it on salty foods. Even if they're within my points balance for the day, I tend to be up the day after eating some of my favorite salty soups.
Exercise started for me this weekend. I walked mainly, jogged a tiny bit for a total of 30 minutes this morning. Just like my diet, this is a lifestyle change and I will build up to more exercise in time...that is the goal anyway!
So, this week I'm going to focus on walking around the block everyday. In the early morning or after work, I can make 30 minutes out of my day for this.
158. Crazy how my weight spiked up after starting to work out this week. It has to be my body holding onto water, my diet hasn't really changed. I'm going to try and lift weights again today. Maybe next week my weight will go back down.
