152 this morning. Finally!

And a non scale victory: not a single pair of my shorts/crops fit me from the last few summers. 18s, 16s, 14s all gone. I ordered a bunch of stuff online and the Juniors 11s, missy 8 & 10 and Mediums fit perfectly.

I'm teary eyed. I'm a healthy weight, I have a waist and I'm getting close to the 140s.

As of this morning I'm down to 159.9. I'm blown away. I moved the scale, weighed, moved it again.

I can't believe I'm almost into the 140s. Being 200 for a couple of years and then 180 for a couple more... 140 is surreal.

Hey all! I'm 27 and 5'1". I was on here and doing well about nine months ago! I lost 20 pounds and was feeling great. I started a new job, and then found out my boyfriend cheated on me and I fell into a big ol depression hole and gained 19 lbs of that back. So! I'm starting over! I'm at 156 lbs and would love to eventually get down to 110-115! Nice to meet you all!

151.2 this morning (again.) Last night I realized that I have lost 60lbs and that is an accomplishment, so I made a thread in Mini Goals with pictures of myself. We'll see how I feel at 135ish whether I want to go into the goal forum.

New here. 157.5 lbs today. It's gonna be a hard day - relatives came over with "brunch" at 10:30 am, after I had breakfast at 7am.

158.9 today down from 161ish before.

It feels good to be here!

I'll be happy for about a week until I'm itching for 140s lol.

140 is particularly special for me as it's my obese to overweight threshold!

Super early in my time zone, so my whole family is asleep, trapping my scale. I feel really good today, and ate very well yesterday. I'm quite sure that I've lost a bit more, but since I'm up and having my coffee, I'll have to wait until tomorrow to know for sure.

Just moved down from the 160's and I think I am firmly in the 150's now. 158.8 this morning!

It has been at least 2 decades since I have seen this number on the scale. I stayed in the 160's for 3 months. The weight is coming off slower for me now. Just takes some menu adjustments and determination!
