I've been holding steady at 159-160. I've tried to "tighten up the ship," so hopefully I'll. see a drop this week.
154.8 today!!! Wished for a lower dip (even .4 down) but happy with that! It officially puts me closer to the 140s (5) than the 150s (5.2!) and I expect I can cross over to the 140s in November.
Dropped to 153.6 today . Probably will hold steady between 153.6/8 and 154 point something for awhile. But officially only 3.8 pounds away from the 140s???
Thanks PraireQueen! I bumped back up to 154.4 today though so not sure if yesterday was dehydration or some sort of fluke… ah well. I've been really upping my TDEE by walking my labrador a lot, she's been injured so no dog walker while I'm at work, and no dog park. It's depressing how low my TDEE has gotten without that much walking though!
Last 6 weigh ins… 154.8, 153.6, 154.4, 154.2, 154.8, 153.4.
Nice to see the 153.4 pop up today. That means I've lost 40 pounds total since around the end of June. Hoping for another drop, since I've been at this weight for 6 days. I don't burn as much these days so maybe should hope for about a pound drop down to 152 … so fingers crossed for that in the next few days.
Hi everyone! I am in week two of my weight loss journey and as a member. I was always athletic and a gym nut. I had two babies, lost all the weight then have just been hanging around 160 for awhile. My babies are now 13 and 15. I'm 41 and a single mom. I need to be healthy and also fit back into my Size 6 clothes that consist of, literally, over half my closet! Huge stack. I am currently 157 and refuse to keep buying larger clothes. So...here we go!
151.2 this morning, although it was at noon and I'd eaten 4 slices of bread + a Diet Dr Pepper already, and wearing undies/bra so not sure if that would make it higher (because I ate/drank/not naked) or lower (because I hadn't drank as much as I normally would by noon, since I was travelling and just got home), SO we will see.
Since I'm so close to the 140s (1.4 pounds, if this weight today is true!), I'm wondering if I can wait a week to weigh in and hopefully get there… it may take longer to drop but we'll see.

I'm at 156.6 lbs after two weeks of pms with up and down weight and TOM a week late. My monthly is late every other month since I've started losing. I though it was premenopause but doc and friend seem to think not. I'm " only" 50 and family history says it's not time yet.
Anyway, a new low today and hopefully, a decent drop tomorrow .....it usually happens on day five or six.
