jennybutler357 I just got back from my trip and before going I weight in at 166. I haven't weighed myself yet and will tomorrow morning...hopefully the scale will be nice, otherwise I'll just pick up where I left of and keep going!
Back up to 170. Ugh. I have been eating like crazy the past week or so. I think sometimes I sabotage myself once I get to a certain number where I will actually be normal size. Hoping to get back on track. Setting a mini goal of 165 for myself now.
I'm firmly in the 160s (hopefully) and can't wait to leave them behind for the 150s! Today I weighed in at 164.8 lbs.
So, today I found out one of the women I know is heavier than me. I'm shocked. She's a good three or so inches shorter than me, and she's 200 lbs. I never would have guessed! She carries it way, way better than I ever did, even though she's so much shorter. I would have guessed maybe 155-165. Surprising. And makes me jealous that she looks so nice at that BMI.

Hey Lianna, you are very well into the 160s to be joining us now, you'll be outta here in no time!! That is strange about that woman you know being 200lbs, it's sometimes quite unexplainable how we can 'look' lighter or heavier than we are, I wish I knew more about why this is! Anyway, Welcome!!!

I'm staying at someone's house at the moment and their scale says 162! I'm pretty sure on mine I would be around 165, though.

LiannaKole Thank you!! I honestly think I lost weight because I walked so darn much! We were in the SF area and I swear I felt like my legs were about to fall off.
I think what worked this time is that I didn't snack. I ate more than usual but I didn't get to the point where I felt stuffed. I think I would've felt too ill to walk anyway if I overindulged!
Hey everyone, thanks for wishing me a great weekend. I did have a lovely time with hubby, lots of walking and we stayed in a country house in the middle of nowhere. I don't usually drink but I had a few red wines so I thought I might have put on weight but I was pleasantly surprised to see my scale was own 0.8lbs this morning, maybe it was all the walking like you say too muguet.
