Welcome Super B! I know you didn't ask me but at 5'9" and a "I actually work out 160 lbs" I wear a size 9/10 for real and vanity size 8. I also wore the same at 155 when I didn't exercise.

YAY sycksgirlfv congrats on 155!

I have been just hanging out at 160 for days but its TOM this week. I mean Im happy at 160 but it would be neat to see a 15_ on the scale again.

Is it a summer thing? I have been MIA on a lot of threads as well. I dunno.

I'm not taking a break from my "diet" or anything; but maybe as we move through the summer and it gets hotter and hotter, I'm just feeling mentally lethargic about talking about "fatchicks" issues.

I think I saw that Love2b150 went back to work. She is probably too busy to hang out here. I have been not as focused on weight and food etc since I reached my goal weight but this morning I weighed in at 159 and that was pretty cool. If it stays that way for a few days I will hop on over to the 150's thread.

Well I think I had a mini-woosh. Yesterday I weighed 166.8. Today, it was 165.6! I'm a bouncer though, so who knows what tomorrow may bring?

I am up a couple ounces, but still in 155!

155.6. Don't know why the .4, but I imagine it was El Pollo Loco - probably had lots of sodium.

155.6 again today...going for a 25 mile bike ride soon. I had such a great dinner at Cheesecake Factory last night - Skinnylicious Mexican Tortilla salad which I didn't finish, and S'mores Galore cheesecake! ARGH! ha ha at least DH and I split the cheesecake, but now we really need that 25 mile bike ride!!!

I think I have wooshed up! 169.5 today. Gave in to a rare chocolate craving yesterday, and surprised it had such a huge effect. Can't be perfect everyday.
Oh well - back at it with a 5k walk and 40 minutes on the elliptical today. Hopefully the scale will forgive me!

Hi all,

I just recently joined at 165lbs... getting out of the 160s is my first goal! I'm going to try not to be too hard on myself re. a time frame because in the past that's thrown me off. I think 3-4 weeks to get into the 150s is a good aim!

I am cautiously joining the 160s thread. I've had it bookmarked for a while and have seen the 160s off and on the last week. Not updating my ticker just yet. I'm super motivated though. The 170s were brutal! Yay for graduating out of obesity to ovetweight. lol

Yeah they are! I thought I'd be stuck in the 170s for aaaaages...but after months and months of work I finally saw 16- on the scale! Now I am sitting at 165 and aiming for the 150s!

I can't wait for the 150s! Then I'll have to set my next goal. Well, I bounced up to 170 again this morning but did make it into one of the smaller pairs of cargo pants I have stashed in the closet. Yay!

A little further and I'll get a pair of jeans and two pairs of gym sweats. I desperately need clothes since everything is getting sloppy on me and I was down to a single pair of capris.
