My scale said 162.2 this morning, and then I had a BM like 10 minutes later, so I figured I'd weigh again. I was 161.4, which was awesome. So, I'm counting the 161.4 as my weight today. Hopefully it sticks for tomorrow.
Does anyone else get times in their menstrual cycle where they're uninterested in food for the most part? Like, where cravings aren't an issue really? I get that for maybe a week sometimes during my cycle. Then I get two weeks or so where cravings and hunger is way more of a problem. I like the non-craving times so much better!

I tend to crave things the week before TOM. Usually when I'm in it it's mostly bloating, not so much overeating!

herbal tea!!! chamomile or ginger tea work best for me. don't feel guilty and it'll pass in a few days

CoolMom75 I honestly think herbal tea changed my life. It really helps with the bloating!
Just went for my last weigh in of the week and I'm at 163! So excited to be well under 165 and feeling motivated to be out of this decade by the end of the month!
muguet: I like tea, but I've never had it to help with bloating before. I'll have to try it!

Hello! New member here. found this site when I was looking for low carb. So, I only want to lose 20 lbs but I do have to get out of the 160s to do that. I was 20 lbs heavier but hover around 164 now for what seems like years. Lose a little but inch up a little then back down. I'd like to check in here but will be looking for the low carb forums.

Today I weighed late (usually weigh between 7 - 9 am) but I was 164.6!
This weekend my strategy was to not eat out. I am good at not eating out weekdays (so tired after work) but I usually go out at least twice on weekends. So far, so good, with no plans to go out today. I'm feeling good
Oreo - if you are 168 after breakfast & with clothes, you'll be way down tomorrow first thing! That's exciting!
So close to getting out of the 160s. Without clothes in the morning, lowest is 160.4. But, I feel like I've been here forever. Just losing really slowly now. And, I haven't been in the 150s for about 15 years.
I've been bad the past 4 days. I'm such an emotional eater. But am still 168.1. I have a feeling I'll be in this thread another couple of months LOL. Oh well, better than gaining weight.
Hey folks! I am jumping back in to this thread. The weight has come off so slow for me this year, but I suppose as long as the overall trend is downward I should be happy.
My last official weigh-in was 160.0, but then this morning I decided to see where I was at a few days later and it's back up to 161.4. Weird. Those fluctuations really mess with my mind and tend to derail my progress but this time I'll just stay the course. Hopefully on Saturday (my next official weigh-in) I will see that little number 5 on the scale. It will be the first time in probably 2 decades. Wow.
