I've set my goal at 10 pounds but I would love to see 12-15 come off.

Don't do it!!!! The binge won't make you feel better about anything.

I agree with Luckitup, don't do it. It will likely make you feel worse by the end of the day.

No worries. I managed to resist. I hadn't ate breakfast or anything, so I fixed myself a big bowl of berries, a banana, Greek yogurt, a little cream cheese and some flax seed. It was very good and I feel better now...except now I'm craving something salty. However, one of my favorite meals (one that I used to eat very often when doing the McDougall plan) is baked potatoes with ketchup & hot sauce, and if I have that for my next meal, that should really help with the salty craving.

I'd hug you back but it's really hard for me to hug people, even if it's just an e-hug smiley on the internet.

I'm very glad you got through it!!! No worries on the virtual hug, we just met LOL. Next time I will just high five you so you don't feel any pressure. Seriously craving a potato now though, that sounds delicious!!!

Silver Sky congratulations on resisting the temptation! We all have our weak spots. I don't binge but I so love sweets and candies and cakes and chocolates...I could have it every day, all day long. Hence why I am here. I need to deal with it, have a little something I like and leave the rest for others.

It also sounds reasonable to weight in just once a week. I think I will weight in every day to monitor my progress but only change my ticker on Mondays, the official weight-in day.

Surprised by that drop. I was not a good girl at all this past weekend. And I worked twelve hour niht shifts which usually bloats me up quite nice for a day or two

I'm diving in too! I am aiming for an 8 lb loss this month! 185.5 brings me under obese, so here's hoping! I am also starting a new workout routine this week, and back on plan after vacation, march break, Easter, etc! Nothing to derail me in April!!!!

I'm in for sure. I didn't do so good on the April challenge. But I know i'll do good now. I have to go to the Dr. for my physical in May and I really need to get my weight down. My blood pressure is high now which it never was in the past. So, I'm hoping loosing some and excercise will help.We can all do this together.
