I am struggling. I am staying within calories, exercising, and nothing! It's so frustrating. I know I shouldn't expect to see a loss every day but I do! I will just keep plugging along and hope Friday's weigh-in will be a loss!
10 pounds was kind of the goal I set for myself this month. But since I am new getting back into this I figured January would be a bit bumpy for me. We shall see!

GW - 200 - I'd be ecstatic if I hit 199 and officially got rid of the 200's.
On track! Considering that I didn't really start until 3 Jan, I'd say I'm doing pretty well! I've been taking Alli. I don't know if it really helps add any weight loss, but it's keeping me eating healthy! Got through a whole weekend with the hubby and I convincing each other that pizza would be a good idea. If we can get through a few more weekends, I'll definitely at least be close to goal. I also started P90X today - I'll be feeling that tomorrow. That's a no joke workout!!

Hope you ladies don't mind me joining this thread but I'm doing a similar challenge at work where my goal is to lose 10lbs by 1st Feb so thought I could post my progress here as well! We started on the 3rd Jan..
So TOMs here and I knew I said I was going to stay off the scale, but I couldn't help myself lol. Pretty excited that not only did it not go up, but it shows a loss! Exactly what I needed to keep myself on track since I haven't been to the gym in 2 days and I went over on my calories yesterday (came in at 1618).
