Friday was the weigh in I expected.
TOM is done, and I got back on track with eating so already seeing a difference the last 2 mornings. Hoping this week's weigh in is much better!

Well, it's official. My weight loss has slowed, despite eating within calories and working out 6 days/week. I knew it would happen eventually, but I was hoping I would have at least one more month of good results. I suppose I'll have to adjust my expectations accordingly.

Shrinkberry - I know exactly what you mean - I've been on a 2-3lbs/week streak for months and I'm slowing down now and it's freaking me out! Let me know if you come up with any great ideas!

dancerindenver We're at the same point and unfortunately I think the slowing is simply inevitable now that we're in the 160s. We both knew it was coming, but I know I was hoping the slow down would hold off until I hit the 150s. No such luck. But like you, I've consistently hit 2-3 lbs a week, which has resulted in 50lbs of weight loss in the past 5 months. So, all I can do is be proud of my progress, keep being consistent with my diet and exercise plan, add some extra intensity to the workout routines as my fitness improves, and put in the time. I'm moving into acceptance, although it felt good to whine a little bit about it first.

YES! Finally saw ONEderland this morning!! 199 and I like it!! That's 7 lbs gone!!! Here's to never seeing a 2 infront of my weight ever again!!!
How is everyone else's month going? If you are a Sunday weigher like me, we sort of have 2 weeks left!!
