I ended up with a 1 pound loss for the month. When it comes down to it I'm really thrilled about that since there were points during the month I was up to 4 pounds HIGHER than when I started. Ironically I'm having more luck with stable weight, actually having lost the one pound for the month, in the past days since I've begun eating more. Oh body, you have been telling me for months to eat more and I wouldn't listen.
Good luck to everyone who is participating in the March 1 challenge!
Thanks for the support this month, everyone! I am down from 210 to 200.5!
That's a 9.5 lb loss for me! Cheers to March! And I see some sad faces on the thread today. Remember- if you can say you did your best, YOU ARE GREAT! Some of us will be plateauing, some of us will have water retention- we can't have a solid loss every month. Also, the closer you get to a feather weight, the slower your loss becomes.
So, missyborogroves/Lauren, , be proud of yourself. You are one of the constant people on the thread that always inspires me. Look how far you've come! You will reach your goal- I guarantee it! I hope your day gets better!
Don't know how on earth I pulled this one off! I was hovering around 160 for a couple weeks. Then bam today I was almost at goal. I think it was an accident.... but I'll take it!
Not a good end to the challenge for me, up a couple pounds from my start weight. Probably water, but still frustrating. I'm just gonna say goodbey to January and work at February being a better month!
SW:218.2
January 8th:216.8
January 22nd:213.0
January 29th:211.8
Feb 1st: Didn't get to weigh in!
Feb 2nd:209.8!
GW: 209.8
I had school really early the 1st so I didn't get the chance to weigh in but I weighed in this morning at 209.8. So I made my goal but I'm unsure if it was a day late or not but oh well its one day!
Congratulations, everyone! So many impressive losses.
I'm a little disappointed I didn't make it to a 10 lb loss, but I did manage to lose 7 pounds! I got derailed from my exercise plan by a business trip, and there were a lot of food and drink temptations. Even just not gaining weight there felt like a small achievement. Anyway, I'm back home now, and have more control over my schedule, so I'm back on track.
