Personally I think things like a sweet potato diet, or even the special k diet, are not sustainable and therefore can set a person up for failure, especially when first starting. That being said, do what works for you. You don't have to exercise every day, but I'd be you could find the 25 minutes every single day to do the shred! Just play around with what is most workable for you.
