Lightbulb Help

I want to be part of this challenge but what tips do you have. I have started the special k diet and eating very healthily. Whenever I get hungry I just opt in for mint tea green tea or normal tea without sugar. I am on jillians 30 day shred but I can't do it daily as I am caught up in revision for exams or my family is downstairs by the tv. I try to keep active when I can't exercise e.g. Doing star jumps while I'm waiting for my veg to steam. I'm thinking of going on the sweet potato diet after the special k diet. What do u think.. Before this I was just eating healthy and doing exercise for definite every day.

Start weight-163 current weight 152 goal weight - 132

I'm counting calories to start until I get a reality check on how much I'm really supposed to be eating! I think my portion sizes got distorted along the way.
Also, I got my pedometer out again so even if I can't work out every day, I'm going to get in at least 5 miles of walking.

Personally I think things like a sweet potato diet, or even the special k diet, are not sustainable and therefore can set a person up for failure, especially when first starting. That being said, do what works for you. You don't have to exercise every day, but I'd be you could find the 25 minutes every single day to do the shred! Just play around with what is most workable for you.

DecemberSun: I'm experiencing the exact same thing. I strayed a bit over the holidays from my low to moderate carb eating habits with a few pieces of pie and some candy canes, among other things. Now that I'm back to it, I've lost 5 pounds of water weight in a week. I've been too embarrassed to post my numbers here because it looks like I'm on a crazy crash diet, which is obviously not the case. Looks like I'm not the only one.
