Today I weighed 178 I ma taking this challenge to lose 10 lbs by Feb 1st.

I am currently following the IP (Ideal Protein) regime and have been for a little bit now. I have a major problem with cheating here and there and it has cost me weight lost and money to boot.

I've made a deal with myself that I WILL NOT CHEAT anymore! It's not worth it! I so very want to be at my goal or even less come April!

So 10 lbs by FEB!

ARRGHHH!! I WORKED SO HARD! I stayed under my point limit on 6 of seven days. On the seventh day I went over by ONE LOUSY POINT. I ate fruits and veggies EVERY MEAL!
