Hmm, not sure why I have a tiny gain this morning. My body has probably regulated a bit and will settle into its normal weight loss routine of hovering around a number and then all of a sudden taking a drop.

Trending in the right direction...but I got excited that I saw 145.8 at some point this week. Can't wait to get out of the 140s I feel like my body likes it here a little too much (of course I felt the same way about the 150s lol). Upcoming TOM this week so I'm going to try to stay off the scale til after it's gone. And everyone is doing so well!

Last week was a major water weight whoosh as I returned to moderate to low carb eating habits after the holidays. Pretty sure I didn't actually lose 5lbs this week, but hopefully I lost at least a couple of pounds.

Also, below 170lbs I'm no longer obese, so woohoo for officially being overweight.
