I'm off to a good start I think. I'm doing weekly weigh ins on Sunday mornings, but today I wanted to see what the scale said this morning, and it was 177.2, down from 178.4 on Dec. 30. I recently bought a digital scale, it's much more encouraging for me than using my cheapy analog scale, because it actually shows the small changes, lol.
I want in on this challenge, This morning I weighed 187. I went to florida in November and gained 10 pounds and a few more over the holidays so I want ot be back down to 174 by Feb 1st

I'm in for 5 lbs! Didn't have access to scale this morning so I'll weigh in tomorrow. Haven't been doing so good as I planned on vacay and over christmas, so I'm guessing I'll have to re-lose a couple...Good luck everyone!
Going for 10.8lbs - going to have to work my butt off for this one! I'm amping up the exercise this month with doing a running program (C25k) on top of CrossFit 5-6x a week to both improve weightloss and help me get into better cardio shape to hopefully improve my times! I also need to work on my double unders so I'll be doing a little extra jump roping as well. Hopefully that along with more strictly monitoring my intake, I can reach this months goal.
