Did my weigh in yesterday, up a bit, but already back down to 224.6 today. Hoping I can keep going with the losses!
I tend to go up and down a lot once I get back on track after something like vacation or the holidays, so I am trying not to worry too much. I am back on track with food, and exercising daily. I am only recording weekly, but I am weighing daily to see how I am progressing.
