Unless some weird miracle happens and I lose 5lbs in 3 days I'm not gonna make this goal. Blah, I've been stuck on 243 all week even after tweeking carbs! Oh well maybe next month.
Zero lbs lost this week I did stop to check my inches and I am losing those everywhere!!! Waist -2, thighs -1.5, neck -1 (who knew!) Arms 1.5. Still wish it had been a scale victory - but inches count too...We still have three more days
Oop, I wasn't able to post last week, and I've been kinda unhealthy with my eating. Gonna try exercising a bit this week, even if the month is almost over .
I do not think I am going to weigh myself this week...lol. Maybe on Monday, but it has been an eating week due to it's the week before my 'friend' visits. Oh well, I lost some and can start over
I forgot yesterday was Friday and I missed weighing in. This morning I was pleasantly surprised to be at 132, after almost three weeks of practically no loss.
I won't make the ten pounds since I started at 136, but I'll take what I can get! Still eyeing the goal of 130 before school starts,
I will weigh tomorrow, but just wanted to tell everyone congrats on the losses. No matter how much it is, a loss is a loss.
Having said that, I really hope I've at least gotten out of 165. Been stuck there for a bit. I doubt I'll be the 162 lbs tomorrow morning, since that would require a three pound drop in only a few days.
