August 1 came and went, and I didn't lose 10lbs. I lost 6lbs... Maybe next time!

I'm so sorry for the loss you and your family are going through.
Don't beat yourself up, just try to make healthy choices when it doesn't add extra stress. It's a hard pattern to change. I speak from years of experience. Just do the best you can. My thoughts are with you and your family.

241.5 reported pounds lost so far!
I will leave the spreadsheet up for a little while and will keep this thread subscribed to catch any last minute updates.
Great job everyone! Whether you lost or not, just by being part of the thread you were more conscious of your choices and that is a step in the right direction.

Larry H, don't beat yourself up on the gain, good you've gone to the doctor's.

week 1 ~ 7/05 ~ 175.0 (+1.6) not good
week 2 ~ 7/12 ~ 174.2 (-0.8) from last week
week 3 ~ 7/19 ~ 171.4 (-2.8) not bad though I am up today (7/20) at 172.2
week 4 ~ 7/26 ~ 173.0 (+1.6) going the wrong way again
final 8/1 ~ 177.4 (+4.4) LOL this is (horribly) funny (somebody has to laugh about it)

8/1 goal weight 163.4

week 1 ~ 175.8 (-3.2)
week 2 ~ 176.0 (+1.2)
week 3 ~ 179.4 (+3.4)

RJ 1980 I am truly sorry for your loss My Dad had cancer and things went the same way, so I truly feel for your sister and your family You just being there with her I'm sure is a blessing
