I've lost 4pounds since the beginning of this month, while i may not make the 10pound loss at this rate, i'm happy i am hanging in there unlike previous months when i've had reasons to cheat. The week has been a busy one too leaving me with little time to take my evening walks.
Hey all, sure we are all doing great. Congratulations to the big losers!To the gainers and those not losing as much as they'd love, just hang in there and like i always say, imagine what the scales will be saying if you were not making any effort at all.
We still have 9days to go, let's aim at pushing down the weight this last week. Have a great weekend y'all and what ever you do, see that you are not discouraged.
Two pounds down, which is pretty fabulous considering I was off plan for FOUR days this week. It's so strange that I lost 2 pounds after that, but last week I only went off plan for one meal and lost 1/2 a pound?
I'm probably not going to meet the 10 pound goal, but to get out of the 160's by August 1st would be amazing.

Well a 2.4 lb loss for the week isn't bad, I was expecting more...worked really hard this week. I have been working outside the last few days in the heat and am sunburnt to a crisp, blistered and swollen. So maybe there is some water weight I'm holding on to. Only 2.4 lbs to go by 8/1!

I love it too. My weight crept up over 70 POUNDS in about 3 years, so I know all about what happens when you don't put in effort! Very important point to remember, and very motivating.
As I said, I would write down all my weights for this week (and month). I'm at my monthly stall out. TTOM just finished and now I'll start my stall out or gain for ovulation. My goal for this month is to keep the gain for ovulation as little as possible. I don't expect ANY loss (has never happened in all my 6 months of doing this). I am eating on plan every day and exercising on plan every day. It's just my body's pattern.
OK, still in my stall-out, but it has gotten a bit better which means my trying to keep water weight to a minimum is working so far with basically this week holding steady which is a victory for me during the stall-out!
Well, this is the last week of the stall. I usually start dropping weight 3-4 days after ovulation and right on cue, I'm starting to drop the water weight. My big victory this cycle was that I did NOT go over 200 pounds during my water weight gain midcycle. HUGE mental victory for me. This week is ending with the beginning of my whoosh. This next week should see most of the progress for the month (I hope).
We've had sick kids for WEEKS, so this is getting really old and this week it's meant I haven't gotten to exercise but one time. Eating has been fine though. AND I should be on vacation today, but my son is still sick. We're waiting to see if it's mono. He had the test for it yesterday. So, I probably won't lose as much this month, but any loss is a success.
