I'm going to join, too.
I was up 1 pound this morning from my ticker, but I think it's just water.
Anyway, my goal will be 197 by Aug. 1.

I need to change my start and my goal. ><
I actually started at 159, so my goal is 149. I got a new scale and it added 5 lbs to my old weight.
T.T
All my starts and weekly weights are changing for me.

I'll still lose 10 lbs though!

I almost didn't come back to post this with such sad numbers. I lost.5 pounds. Half a stinkin' pound So I am at 224.5 fron 225. But this was our vacation week with a lot of fast food. I am back on track so I hope for better numbers next Friday. I am not giving up.

half a pound is awesome! heck, even maintaining is progress.

edit: i love how the censors make it sound like i'm saying something even worse than what i actually typed!

I told myself I would not weigh unless on Wednesdays, made that my official day. But I can't help myself, lol. I weighed in at 169.4 lbs. I'm under 170!!

Hoping that number stays or drops by Wed, my "official" day.

I'm so grateful for the tiny loss and i hope it continues, after all, slow and steady wins the race!
