juhir - Happy to share - part of why I'm losing quickly is that this has been a re-start for me. I had regained 15 or so pounds last winter and at the end of June decided to get rid of them again and I think there's always some water weight loss when you start (or restart after a break). I'm sticking to 1200-1400 cals/day with very few carbs from grains and am running intervals for a half-hour (which is supposed to rev your metabolism all day) 5-6x/week and walking for an hour as well on a few days. Isopure zero carb protein drinks (60 cals, 15g of protein) are really helping me with my nighttime snacking problem - I drink one when I'm going to bed and it kills the munchies. That's pretty much it - hope it's helpful. I'm sure I'll stall soon
