I forgot to weigh last week as I was off on holiday, so I'm pretty much out. I'm up 4lb from my starting weight, so not sure I'll manage to lose 14lb in 17 days. I've just lost my motivation, and can't seem to get it back. Well done to all of those sticking with it, I admire your strength.
Hang in there, the purpose of the thread is not only to shed weight but to stay on plan as well and who says you have to lose 14pounds! If the only weight you are able to shed this month is the 4pounds you gained, then you're a winner cos you're less 4pounds. And if you sign out, that means we're short of one person to motivate us and you're short of 60-something people to motivate you!

Darius, same here, you have an excellent sense of humour, i actually laughed out loud and the whole office wondered why (of course, i didn't share the joke with them)
Official weigh-in: 194 which is a 1 pound loss. A little disappointing because I and working my rearend off but not even getting 2lbs/week. I really hope it speeds up. But I have to celebrate in that I broke 195, which I was at or around for 2 weeks.

Off to a pretty slow start this month, but I'm only 2 lbs away from my first goal weight that I set. I wanted to lose 30 lbs before my honeymoon at the end of next month and I'm almost there!
As I said, I would write down all my weights for this week (and month). I'm at my monthly stall out. TTOM just finished and now I'll start my stall out or gain for ovulation. My goal for this month is to keep the gain for ovulation as little as possible. I don't expect ANY loss (has never happened in all my 6 months of doing this). I am eating on plan every day and exercising on plan every day. It's just my body's pattern.
OK, still in my stall-out, but it has gotten a bit better which means my trying to keep water weight to a minimum is working so far with basically this week holding steady which is a victory for me during the stall-out!
Half pound loss, grrr. TOM showed up last night so maybe that has something to do with it? I only went off plan for one meal and that was Sunday, for my husbands birthday.
REALLY hoping for a nice big loss next friday! Would love to at least get out of the 160's this month!!

That happened to me last week. I started mine on Thursday and when I weighed Friday I had only lost 1 lb. The nice thing was that a day after TOM ended I showed a 2 lb loss.
