Well, I am happy to say that my meal at the mexican restaurant did not cause me to gain weight. I did not lose weight either, but I wasn't really expecting to. My goal for today will be to resist the further temptations that will be around as my relatives brought lots of chocolaty goodies with them and will be cooking comfort food for lunch and dinner. This also wasn't a great time to get my new issue of Food Network Magazine in the mail, lol.

Hope everyone has an awesome Saturday!

Saturday today, hurrah, woke up feeling really tired and a bit down because I had bread last night - yes, wheat does affect how I feel, it's really strange.

Breakfast: Yoghurt with some lovely local honey I got at the farmer's market in town a few weeks ago.

Lunch: Quorn escalope with mushroom and cheese topping, baked beans, cup of hot chocolate and another slice of my gluten-free ginger cake.

Dinner: Tonight, I am making my family's favourite 'bad' food - chicken curry with rice. And because we've all had crap weeks, we're having the naught version... made with CREAM instead of fat free yoghurt. Quite frankly, I think we deserve it!

Hope you're all having good weekends <3

raven, yay for no gain! And good luck avoiding the yummy treats! Just come here and post if you feel to tempted!

Wysteria, your dinner sounds yummy! I will remember that about the fat free yogurt instead of cream if I ever make myself curry in the future. Thanks!

Sigh .6 weight gain last night. figured I would though. SO thought to surprise me and brought home fast food. We do it so rarely and he was so pleased with himself. I ate only half of what he brought, told him I was full....but I wasn't surprised I gained.

roxanne, I'm sorry about your gain but I'm sure it's water weight and will be gone in no time. And great job only eating half the fast food, that's very impressive!

abidabbi, I hope your lungs get to feeling better so you can get back to the gym. What is wheetabix if you don't mind me asking?

What a day! Busy with my relatives, but I did not give into the yummy food! Tonight I've had bad bout of depression and my husband just called and offered to bring home fast food after work to cheer me up. I resisted- but man, it was sooooo hard. My HMR shakes are starting to get hard to stomach. They are delicious, but I don't crave sweets. I want a baked potato shake, hehe. This has been a hard day, but at least I can say that I did not give in. I'm DYING to see that magical 1 on the scale.

BBL for personals

Here was my day:
Chocolate Shake
Beef Stroganoff entree
Cheese and Basil Ravioli entree
Chocolate Cheesecake flavored shake
Chicken Creole entree

Total calories: 880

PA: 20 minutes on elliptical

My check in.

Weight: 179.8 down 2.8 from 182.6

My Diet:
Breakfast: chicken breast with mushroom and artichoke, and a side of broccoli
Lunch: More chicken breast with green beans, mushrooms and onions
Dinner: Lobster salad (lobster meat, ff mayo, red onion, celery, and spices)
Dessert: Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies (homemade)
Total Calories Consumed: 1250

Exercise
20 mins bodyweight exercises
20 minutes walking
Total Calories Burned: 2778 (according to bodybugg)

Today was a so so day for me. I did pretty good with the eating part, but I did barely any exercise. I did 6 hours the day before so I was completely sore. It was extremely painful to walk and as a result I only did necessary walking (taking my dog potty) and some bodyweight exercises for my upper body. Hopefully I'll be less sore tomorrow.

fashin - hiya, thanks for the well wishes Wheetabix is a breakfast cereal, like a wheat biscuit thing about the size of a mobile phone that is yummy and low in fat and cals but really filling Best way I can describe them hehe but my favourite go to food when I'm really hungry but want to keep low on the cals Your menu sounds scrummy!

Shell - you'll get there, at least you're underestimating rather than under, which means you can be eating a little more rather than having to cut things out

Diana, Nicole, Penguin -

Raven - well done for resisting babe, I bet it won't be long till you reach onederland, I can feel it

cammie - gosh, 6 hours, wow! It sounds like you needed a day of lighter stuff to recover. You're doing great keep it up

As for me...
B - wheetabix x2 toast x2 (400)
L - going to have some snacks at the cinema...snackajacks (100), maybe a cereal bar (200) and a drink (0) was going to have popcorn but just looked up the cals and freaked myself out enough to not want it anymore!
D - something about 500, something like soup and toast
Total -aiming for 1200-1300

Happy Sunday everyone xx
