Aww, that's great Vixsin!!! Such a huge deal!
I have cute old t-shirts that top that list. I can't wait to be a "large" again. lol

Try not to sweat it Raven! You know it's TOM, just give your body a day or so to adjust before taking it to heart. Good luck!

Vixsin: That is sooo awesome!!! Congrats

Raven: I totally feel for you.

Shells: Hugs and tiger spit for you. Ok story on the tiger spit: a friend was sick and her son brought his stuffed tiger to her and pretended to lick her face and said "Don't worry Mommy, tiger spit will make you ALL better" So now if people are ill I wish them tiger spit.

Ok so my eating today went OUT the window. I was typing on here so late that I almost missed baby girl's dentist appointment. I had to run out the door without breakfast. Then got mail and had to run to SO's work for him to sign check and get it deposited. Then had to run to Wal-Mart and get a NEW SCALE. Back to SO's work where his mom and I ended up chatting FOREVER (he works with his parents at a Bingo supply place they own). By this time it's 1. I ate a cookie sandwich and 4 mini pizzas. Funny thing is, that much sugar in my diet today, I am SO shaky and sick now. I need to eat something real but totally have no desire to. Funny. Eating healthier really does make me feel better!

B: skipped bad bad bad

L: Ice Cream Bar and mini pizzas
760

D: TBD, I just don't WANT to eat.

I'm looking forward to getting on that scale tomorrow. Although I am a little nervous at what it will say. My old one may be so off calibration but YEAH!!! I got a new scale!!!

Roxanne

Hi Everyone,

I'm just dragging myself in here because my TOM gave me **** today, mainly this afternoon. I woke up early and did my yoga and I am glad I did because at the end of the day I was barely able to do my Walk away the pounds. I'm just happy that I am actually having a "cycle" because before I started trying to get my weight down, I never really had them. I'm sure it will get better in time.

I hope everyone is doing well!!!!

B- bean muffin, 2 eggs, protein shake
S- 1 oz cheese
L- tilapia, string beans
D- tuna fish salad, broccoli

Water: 64+ oz
Exercise: weight loss yoga (1 hr), walk away the lbs (1 mile)

I am off to bed ladies, have a good night.

Cinm I weigh everyday; I wake up first thing and it's so exciting hoping for that smaller number... but if I had the willpower, I would probably not weigh for a couple days during my TOM. Next month, I swear I'm going to do just that!

blueridge Your dance class sounds fun! I've alway wanted to try, but this white girl ain't go no moves, lol! I was born with 2 left feet Have fun with your "1"!

kaonashi No time like the present to get back on track

roxanne I don't know how you do it! You have got to be hands down, the busiest person I've ever known (in my life and online)! Considering all of your responsibilities, you are doing AMAZING!!! You are an inspiration

diana Congrats on your "1" again! Yay! You also brought up a good point with my entrees. I compared one of my HMR entrees with the lean cuisine pizza. The differences weren't too significant. The lean cuisine did have more calories and fat, and a good bit more carbohydrates. My entree did have more protein. What I did notice was that none of my entrees have cholesterol. All of the lean cuisines do. Interesting...

abidabbi Your veggie sausage casserole sounds yummy

vixsin You are on a roll with this weight loss! Keep up the good work!!!

shells Let you body rest and if your throat hurts too much to eat a lot of food, you probably won't have to worry about weight gain anyway. Drink lots of warm broth!

Dallas Organic butter? Never heard of that- is it good? Might have to try some...

vixsin, dallas, lauren, diana, roxanne Thanks for the support today- I was so angry this morning after seeing the scale, but I'm confident that tomorrow morning when I step on that scale I will get my revenge on TOM! Muahahaha

FYI... Low Sodium Bacon Salt = yummy It can totally "shake up" something boring and plain.

I finally got up the nerve to walk around the yard again today. I forgot to mention that 2 days ago, we found a snake laying right across the path that I walk around. The weird thing was that it was playing dead. It never moved... my dog never saw it and stepped on it twice and didn't move an inch, lol. It was dusk and couldn't get a good look to see what kind of snake it was. Went back with a flashlight and it was gone. So I've been a little leery about walking in that area with a snake on the loose. But I was so angry this morning that I didn't care, lol

Here was my day:
Chocolate "Cheesecake" shake
Chocolate "pudding"
Mushroom Risotto entree
BBQ Chicken and beans entree
Mocha shake

Total calories: 860
PA: 50 minute walk around the yard

Hi All,
Dinner was a very small piece of lean steak cooked and eaten on a salad of spinach, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, red peppers, some fresh parmesan and light ranch.

I also made some 98%reduced fat broc/cheese soup and added fresh broccoli and onions... In other words, lots of ruffage. lol

A kit kat made it in there... Less than 2000 for the day.

Off to bed I go... night all!
