Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone! It was great! Tomorrow my mom is coming up to take me out for dinner and I get to see my baby cousin. But today was a pretty good day minus an almost binge at lunch.

Breakfast - Coffee with creamer (60 cal)
Lunch - Salad with spinach, romaine, mushrooms, cheddar, crunchy things, and poppy seed dressing (250)
Vegetable fried rice with hotei sauce (500)
Dinner - Wheat bagel with fakin bacon, spinach, tomato and a little blue cheese dressing. (400)
TOTAL - 1360 cal

Exercise - Drop a jean size workout, 100 situps, 25 pushups. (-150)

Good Morning Everyone

Not much to report today - didn't get much sleep last night because of allergies (I had no allergy medicine left!) so I am running on 1 coffee!

Have a happy, healthy and OP day

Here's my 1/21/2010

Breakfast - 1/4 cup oatmeal with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and honey + 1 yoghurt

Snack AM - 1oz raw almonds + 1 apple

Lunch - Titos de Gamonal – (Left over Spanish food from Saturday) with 1 small multigrain roll to mop up the sauce

Snack PM - 1 banana + 2oz light chedder cheese

Dinner - Chicken Stir-fry (5oz chicken breast with carrots and peppers, brown rice and a home made marinade)

Approx: 1500 cals.

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day + 1 diet pepsi

Exercise: 30 mins on the elliptical

Pengiun, that salsa fish sounds really good, I think I will have to make that for dinner one night soon!

Well, TOM came today so I was super hungry all day. I felt like I just wanted to eat everything in sight. Ugh I hate those days. My eating wasn't great today but it definately wasn't as bad as it could've been and I didn't go over my calories too bad. I've been busy all day too and am just now getting a chance to post but here's what today looked like:

1/21/2010 Confessions:

cup coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar

I think they are great. It's really nice to be able to go out and just order a meal and eat the whole thing and not have to go nuts with figuring out calories, only being able to eat half the meal, or cut the calories in another meal because this one is too high. Does any of that sound familiar to you? I have had 2 of the meals, The Grilled Chicken with Island Rice and Asiago Peppercorn Steak. If I were to order the steak again, I would probably order it without the Asiago. It was good, but I'm just not a fan of Asiago. They are actually sending out coupons to get one of these meals for $5.50. That's what I did last night. It was a great buy. I paid full price for the Island Shrimp and it was well worth the price.
