1pm ~ {we really slept in...} Rafferty's ~ split loaded cheeseburger and fries with Hubby, lemon water.

6pm ~ 1/2 can overstuffed beef ravioli, can of sliced carrots, one slice colby-jack cheese. water, 3 Dove +PB {that's the last of the Dove}

9:30pm ~ 1.5 cups of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk, I mug coffee/cocoa

Foodwise today was kinda backwards.

no formal exercise
ped reset itself yesterday so I'll I have is 548 steps

Hi ladies! The weekend is almost over, hope it's been a relaxing one for all!

Going to eat Mexican tonight since the weather was too bad to go Friday. Still retaining a little from Friday night's wine and pizza indulgence so I have to be really good tonight.

1/31/2010 Confessions:

Breakfast
1 whole wheat extra fiber english muffin toasted
1/2 tbsp veggie oil "butter" spread
1/2 tbsp blackberry jam

Snack AM
small cup coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar

Lunch
Lean Cusine butternut squash ravioli
1 garlic breadstick
H2O

Snack PM
1 serving wheat thins
1/4 cup homemade leftover chicken salad
H2O

Dinner
small taco salad with grilled beef, sour cream, and tomatoes (no shell, beans, or cheese)
1 small serving chips and salsa
H2O

Drinking LOTS of water today to hopefully flush out any extra before my official WI tomorrow!

= apprx 1,520 calories

Exercise: rest day

Good Morning Everyone!

I hope you all had a super weekend, mine was too short!! As per usual ...

Here is my 2/1/2010

Breakfast - 2 egg omlete with red onions, spinach and feta + 1 slice whole wheat bread + 1 apple + 1 yoghurt

Snack AM - 25 raw almonds + 1 cup broccoli with sour cream dip

Lunch - 1 whole wheat pita with extra lean turkey slices, 1oz light chedder cheese, tomato, spinach and light mayo + 2 small clementines

Snack PM - 1 Luna bar + 1 banana + 2 light Laughing Cow cheese wedges

Dinner - Swiss Chalet white meat chicken + cesar salad + 1/2 baked potato with sour cream + 1 multi grain dinner roll

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day (some with green tea) + 1 diet pepsi

Exercise: 30 mins on the elliptical + 15 mins weights

Have a happy, healthy and OP day

Hi everyone! I hope everyone's morning is going wonderfully today! I woke up this morning to it being completely miserable outside (cold and rainy) but I'm not going to let that get me down. I got in exercise at the gym both Saturday and Sunday. I was really proud of myself for getting my butt in gear. AND I ate on plan the entire weekend.

2 grilled hotdogs on low cal whole grain bread w/ turkey chili, 1/4 cup 2% cheese, and chopped onion

= apprx 1,550 calories

Official WI this morning was 164.2 so I'm down 6.6 lbs in three weeks!

No internet for the weekend, but I did okay minus a bunch of cookies on Saturday.

Lunch (woke up late) - Tempeh and Pineapple Calzone - 700 cal
Dinner - Fakin bacon, spinach, and tomato sandwich with blue cheese - 300 cal
Spinach, tomato, cheese, and poppy seed dressing salad - 200 call
TOTAL - 1200 cal

Exercise - Back, arms, abs, legs and butt workout! ~ 45 min

Oh! And I fit into my size 11 levis. They are the 'curvy' cut and it was kind of a squeeze with some not so cute muffin top going on, but they zipped and buttoned and everything! I did wear them out, but I had an empire waist shirt on so they looked really cute. Just thought I would share this little accomplishment. I have been wearing the same two pairs of jeans that are perfectly stretched so I don't have to go and buy a bigger size. Hopefully, I'll get back into all my skinny jeans soon.

Katy~ Well done staying OP over the weekend. The weekends are always tough for me because I am always out and I sleep in.

fashin~ Congrats on the loss! That is awesome!

Glitter~ Falafels are great aren't they!!!! I love them in salads or on a pita, yum-o! Yay on fitting into those size 11's! That's great.

Here is my 2/2/2010

Breakfast - 1 boiled egg + 1oz light chedder cheese + 12 small strawberries + 1/2 cup honeynut Cheerios + 1/2 cup skim milk

Snack AM - 24 pistachios + 6 carrot sticks + 2 small clementines

Lunch - 1/3 cup whole wheat pasta with 1 can tomato and onion flavoured tuna + salad with spinach tomato feta and cal wise greek dressing.

Snack PM - 1 Luna bar + 1 apple

Dinner - Souvlaki Chicken with /2 a whole wheat pita, tzatziki, feta, tomato, lettuce and red onions

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day (some with green tea) + 1 diet pepsi

Exercise: 45mins Zumba

Diana~ Boy do I ever agree with you, the snow and gloomy dark days are awful, I am ready and I need some

Oh and I have a small NSV to share. For the past 2 days there has been homemade banana muffins at work and I have not eaten one of them!!! And I am not going to!

Here is my 2/3/2010

Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal with natural peanut butter and honey + 1 yoghurt + 1 banana

Snack AM - 1 light Laughing Cow cheese wedge + 2 small clementines

Lunch - Chicken Salad (2oz white meat chicken + 2oz light chedder cheese + tomato + mixed greens + cal. wise salad dressing) + 4 whole wheat melba toasts

Snack PM - Luna Bar

Dinner - Chicken Stir-fry (4oz white meat chicken + 1/3 cup cooked brown rice + carrots and red peppers + home made marinade)

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day (some with green tea) + 1 diet pepsi
