We ate at a Chinese Restaurant. I had a variety of foods, but I chose mostly veggies (broccoli, zuccini, etc) and leaner meats. I stayed away from the fried options.
I'm not feeling too hot today either, I think it's from lack of sleep due to the fact that my son has been waking up at odd hours of the night for the last three nights... Anyway here's my today:

Hello Everyone! I was really bad last night I made browines ( meant to take over to a friends house for the superbowl) and I ate a couple of them before I went to bed. The funny thing is I don't like brownies. And I got one of those perfect brownie pans for Xmas. Just want a person trying to lose weight needs right?
I hope everyone had a good weekend. I had a very good OP weekend - which rarely happens because my weekends are usually so unpredictable! On Sat. we stayed home all day and had a Trueblood marathon. In the past we would've ordered pizza or something for this but instead we made whole wheat pita pizzas with homemade tomato sauce, turkey pepperoni, part skim mozzarella, red peppers and zucchini. And then as snacks we had raw broccoli and carrots sticks with dip and some light popcorn.
And then on Sunday we decided to skip our friends annual superbowl party because there would've just been too many temptations (last year it inc. deep fried Mars bars and deep fried pretty muc everything else!) . So instead of the party and super bad food I made a yummy and healthy fish dinner - Lemon and Garlic Tilapia with japanese green beans and mashed potatoes.
I guess I would consider these a small NSV

Breakfast - 2 egg omlete with spinach, red onions and goats mile feta + 1 slice whole wheat bread + 1 yoghurt + 1 banana
Snack AM - 1 cup raw broccoli with sour cream dip + 25 raw almonds
Lunch - 1/2 whole wheat pita with extra lean deli tukey slices, 1oz light chedder cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo + 1 apple
Lauren, good for you for staying OP all weekend, that is really an accomplishment! One that I cannot say I achieved, lol.
My weekend started off good, then went downhill fast. It pretty much consisted of Mc Donalds, pizza, homemade Indian Tacos, and chocolate covered strawberries... Geez. I think I got it out of my system and I am back on track today. Official WI this morning said 163.3 which is not as good as I was hoping for, but it's still a loss! Anyway here is my today:
