Hello all! This is kinda a cheat day, except I am still in my calorie range (the cheeseburgers are the cheat lol)

Breakfast:
-cheese slice (40 cal)

Dinner:
- whole wheat ham sub, 6inch (290 cal)

Snack:
- other half of sub, 6inch (290 cal)

Supper:
- two double cheeseburgers (490cal each)

Liquids for the day: lots of water, iced tea , and fruit punch (180 cal)

Exercise:
-45 mins cardio
-weights

Calories used:
-1780
Calories aiming for:
-1800

Happy Wednesday all! Hope everyone is doing well.

Lauren, you go girl! I love banana muffins and I'm not sure I could resist if they were staring me in the face all day. You did great!!!

2/3/2010 Confessions:

Breakfast
2 nutrigrain blueberry waffles
1 tbsp syrup
1/2 tbsp light veggie oil "butter" spread
1 cup 1% milk

Snack AM
small cup of coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar

Lunch/Snack PM
2 Lean Cuisine quesadillas
2 tbsp light sour cream
2 tbsp salsa
H2O

Dinner
2 pieces lean grilled ham
1/2 cup macaroni and cheese
1 cup steamed veggies
1/2 Dr Pepper

= apprx 1,550 calories

No workout again tonight, what is my problem? I am exhausted so gonna get some sleep and work out in the morning for sure!

fashin~ Thank you! It was tempting especially because not only could I see them but I could smell them too! But I can still say that I did not eat one

Here's my 2/4/2010

Breakfast - 1 egg + 2 slices of chicken bacon on a multi grain dinner roll + 1 banana + 1 yoghurt

Snack - 6 carrot sticks + 2 small clementines

Lunch - 1 WW whole wheat bun with tuna salad (very little mayo) + 1oz light chedder cheese, pickles and lettuce + 1 apple

Snack PM - 1 Luna bar

Dinner - Veggie Burger (3oz veggie burger + 1 WW whole wheat bun + 1oz light chedder cheese + grilled red onions + tomato + lettuce + ketchup) + small side salad of spinach and tomato

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day (some with green tea) + 1 diet pepsi

Exercise: 20 mins on the elliptical + 10 mins weights

Have a happy, healthy and OP day

Snack PM
3 oz baby carrots
2 tbsp light ranch dip
H2O

Dinner
1 cup Mexican hamburger helper (made w/ lean ground beef)
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 piece low cal whole wheat bread w/ 1/2 tbsp veggie oil "butter"
1/2 Dr Pepper

= apprx 1,500 calories

Exercise: Day 8 EA Sports Active Wii 30 Day Challenge, 100 crunches

Breakfast - 1 whole wheat WW bun with natural peanut butter + 1 yoghurt + 1 banana

Snack AM - 1 cup raw broccoli with sour cream dip + 1 small clementine

Lunch - Salmon wrap + 1 apple

Snack PM - Luna bar

Dinner - Sushi!

Drinking: 1 monring coffee + 2L water throughout the day + 1 diet pepsi

I'm not feeling too hot today either, I think it's from lack of sleep due to the fact that my son has been waking up at odd hours of the night for the last three nights... Anyway here's my today:

Hello Everyone! I was really bad last night I made browines ( meant to take over to a friends house for the superbowl) and I ate a couple of them before I went to bed. The funny thing is I don't like brownies. And I got one of those perfect brownie pans for Xmas. Just want a person trying to lose weight needs right?

Good Morning All

I hope everyone had a good weekend. I had a very good OP weekend - which rarely happens because my weekends are usually so unpredictable! On Sat. we stayed home all day and had a Trueblood marathon. In the past we would've ordered pizza or something for this but instead we made whole wheat pita pizzas with homemade tomato sauce, turkey pepperoni, part skim mozzarella, red peppers and zucchini. And then as snacks we had raw broccoli and carrots sticks with dip and some light popcorn.

And then on Sunday we decided to skip our friends annual superbowl party because there would've just been too many temptations (last year it inc. deep fried Mars bars and deep fried pretty muc everything else!) . So instead of the party and super bad food I made a yummy and healthy fish dinner - Lemon and Garlic Tilapia with japanese green beans and mashed potatoes.

I guess I would consider these a small NSV

Here is my 2/8/2010

Breakfast - 2 egg omlete with spinach, red onions and goats mile feta + 1 slice whole wheat bread + 1 yoghurt + 1 banana

Snack AM - 1 cup raw broccoli with sour cream dip + 25 raw almonds

Lunch - 1/2 whole wheat pita with extra lean deli tukey slices, 1oz light chedder cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo + 1 apple

Snack PM - Luna bar + 1 small clementine

Dinner - Falafel - 5 balls (1/2 whole wheat pita + tzatziki + goats milk feta + red onions + romaine lettuce + hot sauce)

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day (some with green tea) + 1 diet pepsi

Exercise: 20 mins on the elleptical + 15 mins weights

Have a happy, healthy and OP day

Lauren, good for you for staying OP all weekend, that is really an accomplishment! One that I cannot say I achieved, lol.

My weekend started off good, then went downhill fast. It pretty much consisted of Mc Donalds, pizza, homemade Indian Tacos, and chocolate covered strawberries... Geez. I think I got it out of my system and I am back on track today. Official WI this morning said 163.3 which is not as good as I was hoping for, but it's still a loss! Anyway here is my today:

2/8/2010 Confessions:

3/4 cup blueberry Special K cereal
1 cup 1% milk
1 medium banana

Snack AM
small cup of coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar

Lunch
Healthy Choice bbq chicken with rice

3 oz baby carrots
2 tbsp light ranch dip
H2O

Dinner
1 cup whole wheat basil pasta
2 oz grilled chicken
1 cup steamed veggies
1 garlic breadstick
1/2 Dr Pepper

= apprx 1,550 calories
