So, we're past Monday and one day closer to the weekend! Yesterday was a good day. I weigh-in on Mondays and the scale was DOWN 4LBS! Once I get below 200 (I'm at 210 right now), I'm considering getting a trainer to help me with my workouts. I know I could be doing more, just not sure where to start. Actually, I just decided...my reward for getting under 200 is a trainer. I'm excited!
Diana I'm really going to have to give those Appelebee meals a try - they sound delicious!

So happy! Had my weigh in today and I am finally back down in the 170s. Granted, I only lost a pound, but there is something mentally fulfilling being in the next lower weight bracket. I am going to stay focused this week on the workouts, and eating clean. Steering clear of chips, ice cream and other badness that gets me in trouble late in the evenings. I sure would like to be around 175 by next Tuesday!! We'll see?
I hope everyone is doing great and staying on plan! I haven't lost any weight in a week or two. It's been TTOM. That scale needs to start cooperating with me!

Not too much to report ... it seems my weight loss has stalled - trying to get it back on track.
I feel that I have stalled, too. It's almost like a mental thing. It's like my mind has not been in weightloss mode, so I'm not losing. My calories are good and I'm getting my workouts in. Weird, LOL.
