Here's mine

Breakfast:
All-Bran cereal w/ strawberries and 2% milk (1cup)

Lunch:
Egg Noodle Casserole (1cup)
Mountain dew (half a glass)

Snack:
Dorritos (handful, or enough to fill a average sandwich bag)
Rockstar energy drink

Supper:
One english muffin split, made like a pizza (bit of sauce, ham, cheese)


And I've drank 4 glasses of water so far, and going to have 2 more when I get home tonight.

Exercise:
45 mins cardio
(15 mins on glider, 15 mins elliptical, 15 mins treadmill)

All in all I've eaten about 1300-ish calories (give or take a little bit)

So, we're past Monday and one day closer to the weekend! Yesterday was a good day. I weigh-in on Mondays and the scale was DOWN 4LBS! Once I get below 200 (I'm at 210 right now), I'm considering getting a trainer to help me with my workouts. I know I could be doing more, just not sure where to start. Actually, I just decided...my reward for getting under 200 is a trainer. I'm excited!

Diana I'm really going to have to give those Appelebee meals a try - they sound delicious!

Hi Everyone

Here is my 1/26/2010

Breakfast - 3/4 cup honey nut cheerios with 1/2 cup skim milk + 1 small orange + 1 boiled egg

Snack AM - 24 pistachios + carrot sticks

Lunch - Toast Quinoa wth scallops, red peppers, asparagus, red onion and snow peas + 1 apple

Snack PM - 1 Kashi Granola Bar

Dinner: Chicken Cesar Salad (4oz white meat chicken with Portugese marinade + 2 cups romaine lettuce + grilled red onions + homemade wholewheat croutons + fat free cesar dressing)

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day (some with green tea) + 1 diet pepsi

Exercise: 45mins Zumba

Have a happy, healthy and OP day

So happy! Had my weigh in today and I am finally back down in the 170s. Granted, I only lost a pound, but there is something mentally fulfilling being in the next lower weight bracket. I am going to stay focused this week on the workouts, and eating clean. Steering clear of chips, ice cream and other badness that gets me in trouble late in the evenings. I sure would like to be around 175 by next Tuesday!! We'll see?

Hi hi Here is mine for today.

Breakfast:
A few Doritos (LOL horrible breakfast)

Lunch:
1 cup and a half of Tuna Helper
1 slice of bread w/ 1/2 tbsp of garlic butter

Snack:
Handful of cherry tomatoes+celery w/ ranch dip

Supper:
1 cup of Sheppherd's Pie
1 can of Monster Energy

Snack:
1 Banana

Aim is for 1700 cals today, I still have 495 left but I'm not hungry, so might not have another snack.

Exercise: none as it is a day off

Not too much to report ... it seems my weight loss has stalled - trying to get it back on track.

Here is my 1/27/2010

Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal with natural peanut butter and honey + 1 yoghurt + 1 banana

Snack AM - 1 cup raw brocolli with sour cream dip + 24 raw almonds

Lunch - Chicken Salad (2ox white meat chicken + 2oz light chedder cheese + 2 cups mixed greens + tomato + fat free salad dressing) + 12 small strawberries

Snack PM - 2 light Laughing Cow cheese wedges + 4 whole wheat melba toasts

Dinner - Chicken Stir-fry (4oz white chicken + brown rice + red peppers and carrots + homemade marinade)

Drinking - 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day + 1 diet pepsi

Exercise: 45mins Cardio Kickboxing

I feel that I have stalled, too. It's almost like a mental thing. It's like my mind has not been in weightloss mode, so I'm not losing. My calories are good and I'm getting my workouts in. Weird, LOL.
