I've been playing on g-map all day. I sorted out my problems, I thought you just double clicked on the beginning of your route and the end and it worked it out, like the AA route finder!!!! LOL. Then I didn't realise there was a zoom function and couldn't work out how I was meant to find all the little roads.

Now I am hooked, as are all the people I have introduced it too!!!

I'm with the general concensous here, YP you're bonkers! But I like you... I hope I get to be as bonkers as you with my running!

Oh and the Danish did indeed help my roundhouse kicks, very much so... I think I was the only one really trying last night! But I got home and had restrained sweet treats, then went to bed and woke up a couple of times to go to the loo and ended up eating about 6 fig rolls in the middle of the night! Well the packet is finished now!

Hoping to get a run at lunch but it's FREEZING! But I will go anyway!

It's really cool isn't it!!! I look like a pop star. I may not have the gold hot pants, but I can have my name up in lights.

I am getting very excited about my international travel this year!!!!

I did an upper body class today with gormless Bob, who designed a killer circuit work out. Boy it was hard, I can really feel it!!! Really he should have broken it up with some cardio, but never mind.

Swimming tonight!!!! Yippee!!!!!

I went out on my last night I really enjoyed it..even though it was a quick 20 minutes there and back according to gmap 2.60mls although i'm not sure how accurate that is because it showed a road that i'd gone past IN FRONT of me on the map It was going dark on my way back so I was on the lookout for cougars in the bushes all the time I left my bike at the front door last night so i'd go out on it again today and its blowing a gale and showery so I can't I may have to flash up the treadmill today instead

Weights this morning, off out to yoga once I've had my tea. People at work are in awe of my "super fitness". Woo hoo! I'm busily reading my running books to reassure myself that I'm already at the stage I need to be at in May when I start marathon training proper. Good start

Mornin all!

Didn't get out for a run yesterday lunch, went to bike shop instead! Which was good cos I bought some handlebar mitts, which means my hands won't snap off!

Did do my UBW and about an hour of kickboxing. I'm so off with my back kicks and now my knee hurts from doing too many! But everything else is fine.

Double kickboxing tonight which is circuits and ladies. I might die! I have the feeling it's going to be a toughie tonight!

Last night I got to the pool early, and did 10 minutes hills on treadmill and ten minutes on rower and then went for a swim and did 40 lengths. It was great!

No gym today at lunch, going to have lunch with friends instead! But gym tonight, more cardio!!! Maybe some legs, and I'll start my proper program on Saturday, silly trainer forgot to put it out for me!!!! Naughty man!!!!

Ah here comes man with coffee, thank goodness for that!

Oooh I didn't say.. but yesterday I managed to get my size 12 Stella McCartney trousers on and FASTEN them! Wooooooo! They are slightly baggy round the waist but I think they're supposed to sit lower on the hips, so hopefully when my bottom shrinks some more I will be there!

Happy Happy Happy! Last went to Slimming World late November. Weighed there yesterday and only put on 1lb!!! I thought all the weight I had lost would go back on.

Happy Days.

Kyk they are H&M ones but I think the Stella line was more generously sized

Well done peacock, that's great!

I can do 9 minute miles for 4 miles! I'm so happy, I managed 4 miles in 36 minutes (or 35:55 to be precise), which is the fastest I've ever run it.

Off to Spanish in a bit, we have an extra hour tonight because they messed up the timetable. I've had a little wine to perk me up as I was feeling quite sleepy earlier!
