lol I've never bought a running magazine so it doesn't mean much to me.

Was addicted to health magazines at one stage all those detox fads are good fun.

Just posting Suzanne's message here in case anyone hasn't seen it.

Quote:
Moving to a new server
Many of you have noticed a variety of technical problems since the beginning of January. This is due to increased traffic, sometimes as high as 2,000,000 hits per day! We love the new traffic, but our current dedicated server has had problems keeping up with us. We're moving to a more powerful server which should carry us through without any more errors.

How will this affect you? During our move, you may have problems reaching 3FC, and may even think we're gone. But don't worry, we'll be back up within a couple of days, or even hours! We'll close the forum and journals on the old server, so if you get a closed message, this means you are accessing the old server. Your internet provider must update their DNS records before going to www.3fatchicks.com will take you to the new server. Some internet providers will update their DNS within a few hours, so you'll barely miss us. Other internet providers are considerably slower and may take several days. Most of you will be back within one day. If anyone is curious about this process, this page provides a great explanation of domains and how you reach them.

When will we do this? We've ordered the new server and have several things we must do before we can make the move. We hope we will be able to move this weekend, preferably beginning after midnight Friday night.

So go check out a good diet book from the library, or buy a new exercise DVD to stay busy during the move, and we'll all come back with new energy, speed, and motivation to start the new month right
I'm normally back really quick yay!

Oooh YP I must search out Runner's World in smiths! I've got a Zest subscription but all it does is me off every month with their rubbish "advice".

Did a nice kickboxing class last night without "competitor" (my name for the other girl who's fast-track black belt). She's not very well bless her. I made everyone do this combination of punches and kicks that didn't really flow... But I said it would be good for balance!

Got home and did my weights, I can feel myself getting stronger, it's very strange! I think I actually should have done a different routine starting last night, but I forgot! My exercise journal is about a week out of date too! I tried to update it but I got pestered for cuddles since DF has MAN FLU! He's stayed in bed today so will probably be even more miserable when I get home at 9pm since he'll have "missed me"

Got a good head on today.. mindset good! Brought about a ton of fruit to work with me! Cherries, grapes, pear, satsuma and I had a banana for brekky! I've got salad and lemon chicken for lunch

I bought Health and Fitness magazine today. My only complaint is the advertisements, they are full of nice things I want to buy!!!!!!!!

The articles are really good on the most part.

I can't stop sneezing today, a new lady has sit next to me who is wearing the strongest perfume ever!

I'm not doing frus' challenge, I am not very good at points challenges. So I will cheerlead the rest of you on.

YESSSSS!!!! My husband got some test results yesterday afternoon for a lump which we had been worried about - and the results were negative for cancer. It has turned out to be a cluster of cysts - sort of the boy version of PCOS!

I got out early walking this morning (7.45!) and when I got back I thought I'd have another try at Gmaps and work out today's route - it calculated I had done 7.73 miles which doesn't seem likely walking on a grassy uneven surface for two hours. I walk fast but not that fast! How accurate does everyone else find it? I might try the same walk tomorrow but take a belt pedometer with me to double check Gmap. The problem with a belt pedometer is that its great while I'm walking along a flat, firm surface, but as soon as I get on to the Moors its unreliable especially while the grounds still so soggy.

Saw several deer this morning and a couple of foxes having a fight.

There's some issues that people have had large siggies, so they are only showing on the first post on every page.

I'm glad hubby has the all clear! :

Kylie, I like Health and Fitness, it's quite good, and Ultra Fit is good but only comes out every other month... I must stop buying magazines! At least I don't read trash like Glamour or Marie Claire, or HELLO! I do splurge on a Vogue every now and again though, it's so shallow it's funny! And I like looking at the pretty pictures!

I read trash!!! I adore Glamour, and Marie Claire, and Grazia, etc. I am trying to cut down on my magazine habit!

At least I don't smoke or drink!

I don't understand the sig thing. They are only meant to show on your first post on a thread, but some, like mine, tend to hang on to every post! Mine is much bigger than Sarah's!!! Silly!

yes I had a siggy hanging onto mine when I first posted, but it's gone now. Yours has too kyk!

I am munching my way through the BIGGEST salad you've ever seen! The guys at work were laughing at me, since it nearly didn't all fit on the plate! Anyways, it's yummy and filling so they can go nibble on their shop bought sandwiches!
