Tuesday is my two run day, and I'm very pleased with myself. I did 4.2 miles this morning on the hill programme on the treadmill, then another 4 (maybe a bit less) with the running group.

Then I dashed back and my sister hasn't arrived yet to see me being ultra healthy coming in from a run and making a lovely chicken and lots of veggies meal.

I feel very virtuous now, although slightly worried that I've run about 23 miles in the past 4 days which is a lot but STILL less than a marathon

aaaarrrrgggghhhh my sister has arrived and I can smell bacon. I really don't know how she lives off such rubbish - she arrived with a bag full of sausages, bacon, crisps, coke and suchlike. Not a vegetable in sight, or even any lean unprocessed meat.

I'm hiding upstairs well away from it but the smell is following me.

oh I feel so much better I felt so miserable today so I've just done myself a cheap hair treatment and facial scrub and face mask and I feel so clean.
