Tuesday is my two run day, and I'm very pleased with myself. I did 4.2 miles this morning on the hill programme on the treadmill, then another 4 (maybe a bit less) with the running group.
Then I dashed back and my sister hasn't arrived yet to see me being ultra healthy coming in from a run and making a lovely chicken and lots of veggies meal.
I feel very virtuous now, although slightly worried that I've run about 23 miles in the past 4 days which is a lot but STILL less than a marathon
