Yeah, well done veggie! And well done cat on all that walking!

Walked a lot yesterday but then had Pizza Express! I reckon it's cancelled itself out though! My pedometer thinks I've burned 903 calories so that's probably even with half a pizza and some mozzarella salad!

I was gonna bike ride today but we went to a lecture by Daniel Liebskind last night and he was making me feel so quilty about not getting round to doing any college work, so I'm gonna spend all day doing that instead! A workout for my brain!

Yes Went to the radio 2 roadshow with Geri Halliwell and Mcfly etc on the Friday, Morrissey on the Saturday and a bus through the lights on the Sunday. Blackpool is rough though it's just like my town. Oh and we had a trip to Fleetwood lots of morris dancers there was a folk festival on. I drank too much.

ok, the scales are doing my head in! This morning, I was 12st 7, 12st 4, and 12st 2, and then 12st exactly! In the space of a few minutes! Now that's fast weight loss! I'd go for the 12st exactly figure cos that's what my goal is for Sunday to keep on track, but I'm probably still around 13st! it's all relative!

Hey! Where's all the chickies gone ?????

I'm only 2lbs behind on my goal for this sunday! 12 Weeks left till Crimbo!!

That means I'll have to lose 4lb next week to stay on track

It's do-able!! If I have a limb amputated or something....

or food poisoning (I knew there was a reason to visit Hounslow Kebab tonight!).....

come on girlies, we can re-evaluate our crimbo goal!

Well, you could lose 3 next week and 3 the week after frus it would save you having to amputate or go for a kebab

CRIKEY! (As my BIL would say ) 12 weeks eh? If I got my arse into gear that could still be a nice weightloss before crimbo but i've lost my "weigh" like Veggie too i've got the exercising down but trouble is i've been eating lots of biccies and chocolate i've got to stop *issing about and get this done
