Suppose I'm in a slump and can't get out of it. SW isn't working for me I'm not following the plan, I may not go again. I may try WW. At SW last week there was ad for WW and I took a free membership slip (they have ww and sw at same place ha) I'm hoping fat nation will inspire me (except I hate the presenter).

Its hard to get out of those slumps innit Veggie? but you will you've come to far to slip back now think of all those pounds you've lost!!! Give W.W. a go if you think it will help better still we've got enough information for you to try the Core plan for free if you want to..its not hard at all from what i've seen.

I agree with Clarrie about the scales just weigh in at SW again and then you'll know for sure how much you've lost/gained

I'm sure that fat nation thing will be great cos it'll be all over the press!

That fighting fat fighting fit thing was the other year wasn't it? - I wish I had a telly!

Thanks cat, I bought a ton of salad yesterday and I've been for a 10 mile bike ride today, so I've kicked my own a*se! I'm even going to go to another kickboxing class tomorrow, so I might just make it to target!

for veggie

Talking new member

Hi everyone...I am a new member and think this could be very modivating. I have set 2 mini goals....to lose 10 lbs. by New Years and 15 lbs. by my 31st. b-day April 20. Then I will be happy w/ myself once again. I just joined the YMCA this week (they have free babysitting as long as you are working out!!). I have been doing Leslee Sonsome in home walking and even though I liked doing it I was not losing any weight. Another big think I am working on is my eating habits. I have a sweet tooth all the time. I am not good at dieting. When I want something I want it. So I am just trying to keep up w/ my fat grams.
I had my first baby last Nov. I lost all my baby fat but now the lbs. are slowly reappearing. I have a big gut and a big butt.

I was "talking" to my daughter on messenger yesterday and I told her about my 3lbs loss and she said just think that would be nearly a stone in 4wks which got me thinking i've got 14wks left until I leave so I should be able to lose 30lbs or more by then if I was a real it could be 40!! I've got to be good I've got to be good

Hello everyone!

I've been up 2 yorkshire for the weekend to see the 'rents - I've gathered 40 midge bites in less than 24 hours ! I want to sit in a bath of Lanacane!

I was reading a book up there and it suggested putting 50p or a quid in a jar everytime you did some exercise, then treat yourself with the cash you've saved up....

I was thinking, if you put some cash in a jar every time you did some exercise and/or had a good on plan day and saved it all till xmas.... well, you'd be buying yourself one mighty fine Christmas pressie

I will be back doing active stuff tomorrow, when I have gotten over my midge bites and crushed ankle!

I've been kickboxing again and now I'm down to 12:4, which is 172 in your funny american pounds!

I'm really trying so hard on my calories too cos I don't wanna stick again! I'm on target for xmas, should be 12:2 on Sunday to stay on track. I never weigh myself on Sundays though cos I'm usually lying in bed or had dinner out or something!!

Well Done 2frustrated

Well, I just looked at my weight progress chart and I figure that if I can lose 2lbs a week from now until Dec 17th then I will be 137lbs and I would be so happy if I could get there or even a bit less before I leave
