I have lost 3lbs!!! Hurrah!

I have shed my 182 sticky patch! I'm in the 170's and the 12st something! Hurray!

I haven't been this light since I was 12.....

so I'm happy!

It was the 15 and a half mile bike ride yesterday that did it!!

I'd better rest up today cos I'm kickboxing tonight!!!

Yeeeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwww!

Well done you!!! I think that was my birth weight!

Well the pressure is on ~ I've just agreed to go to my 1st works Christmas do (I've only worked there 6 years!). Ideally I'd like to be 12 and a half stone (ish) by then. That's 28lbs. Fingers crossed!

He he! That's true! It's just falling off now!

I weighed again today after kickboxing last night and I'm down another pound or two - I can't really see cos my scales have tiny numbers!!

Ok enough gloating, come on girlies, if I can do it anyone can! I've been stuck at 13st for over a year and now it's beginning to shift , so let's get kicking some fat cells!!!

I have one of those Billy Blanks tapes too, but I found it a bit boring! I prefer the New York City Ballet workout for my living room, then I can't trash the place kicking everything around!

Hmmm its to quiet around here come on Chris get back and write a novel about the goings on in your Mum's house I'm P.O.ed at the moment cuz I normally work on Sundays and Tuesdays so that means i'll be working on Boxing Day and the day after New Years Day and my husband announced last week that "he" is going to go back to England for christmas and thinks he is leaving me here all alone (rotten so and so) so that I can go to work but "I" think otherwise and will promptly give in my notice and bugger off too if he thinks i'm sitting in this house on my own for 2 weeks he can think again selfish sod!! got my revenge by spending 'his' money on a new digi camera for 'me' and he does'nt even know about it (yet) My daughter suggested that I ask my super for the time off but I really can't see her working for me even if it is only to cover 3 days in fact I would'nt be surprised if she does'nt want me to work extra so that she gets the time off because that seems to be the way that this job works. I've noticed I only get a few extra hours when she wants time off or there is something wrong like last week for example she got her foot wedged inbetween two pallets and 'sprained' it so she rang me up to help her out cuz she was limping around I don't want to finish but if I have to choose I know which way i'll go my grand-daughter will only be 2yrs old (Dec) once in her life and if I can be there to see it then I will

So Chris, how was the weather over there? I've seen some awful footage on the news about Cornwall and my daughter said that Clitheroe was flooded too I know that my MIL had sandbags outside of her house cuz the stupid road takes a dip there and it always has a huge puddle even if it rains normally and in winter its like a skating rink

Well, i've been online for a few hours as usual so its time for me to get something done around here.

We've just been down to cornwall for the weekend and the weather was lovely, although some people have been saying it's been washed away!

I've eaten too many pasties.....
