I'm up for it. I want to weigh 14 stone dead, well actually I want to be alive and the stone to be the round number if that makes any sense !!!!!!!! This means I need to lose 37.5lbs in 20 weeks, needing an average weekly weight loss of 1.875lbs ( had to go into Excel to work that out)

I'm up for it, just amended my signature but will go update it again.

Thanx Cat!

Today is the day of the bbq, so I don't eat too much and get all ill!

Anyway, I'd better do my daily sit ups before I go out!

Come on CAT!!

Hey girlies, my bbq was cool - we actually had homemade pizza (I thought we were having bbq ) and lovely veggies and pine nuts and pistachios and those little ammeratti italian biscuits! Well posh food, I usuallly eat fish fingers!

I did walk lots round London as well though, and bought a kooky original 70s suede and sheepskin jacket (in a size 12!) to spur me on! I will be wearing it on my xmas day walk!

How's everyone else doing?

We can do it girlies!

Go Sal and Cat, Hi Sheila and welcome!

1 down this week. So the new numbers are getting closer, next week the pounds will be 1'ers, 3 weeks until the stones are 13's yey yey yey!

Am I relieved it's all moving down again? I really thought that 200 was never going to come - it was my "stuck at" weight for so many years and I just haven't been able to get back there since my big gain a couple of years ago!

So now this is my ground zero, so to speak. I was 14st 4lb (200lbs Sheila) for many many years. I always thought that it didn't matter what I did my weight was sort of superglued there. Then I gained 17lbs and totally freaked out!

Of course I now know that I had no control and had a handy excuse in the anaemia. But now that is being dealt with I don't have any excuse and, thankfully, the weight is moving a little again! So fingers crossed that this year will be the year I get control!

So come on - motivate, threaten, cajole and bully away - although a 'well done' would be nice for us all every now and then!!!

Well done Stef, I've a bit to go before I reach the 100's but I will get there this time round.

My 3lbs loss of this week, starts me off well towards my winter goal

everyone!

I've slipped a bit since Monday, my 'rents have been staying and buying me marks and spencers lemon tart! Yesterday I had a sausage roll AND a gingerbread man for lunch!! Such quality food!

I even forgot to do my sit ups and press ups yesterday so I'm gonna do twice as many today. Then I'm gonna go out 4 a bike ride and pray it rains, cos it's still a bit warm for exercise!

I shall give myself a good kick up the *** and be back on track for Monday!
