5 Weeks today!!

Ouch!! I'd like to be under 12st by Christmas, none of this 10st guff!!

I've got lots of work to be doing though! Never mind, just hope it keeps me busy enough to stay off the food!

Weigh in this morning, 6lbs down!!

A lot of that is going to be water weight as I started my plan the day after we found out our IVF cycle failed and the IVF meds really do bloat me. I'm back down to what I was before I started the IVF so I feel great, if I lose any more weight I will be lighter than I've been since Aug 1998.

Time to hit that dance mat.

Beth.

Well done VB
I often wonder how I'm going to do at weigh-in, as water retention doesn't seem to follow any pattern for me . I used to drink two cups of tea in the morning before weigh in, due to it's diuretic effect. Unfortunately, I now avoid caffeine as it gives me headaches. Still, two pounds off this week . I was very good this time, and even survived a romantic afternoon/evening with hubby - made a low point curry, had diet drink at cinema , and was luckily too bloated to knock back too much booze .
Keep going!

Well I'm 12st 5lb this morning so I guess that's just 5 lbs in erm...... 4 WEEKS!!!!!!

I can do it, but just 4 WEEKS to christmas is just too scary!! I'm not buying any presents this year! I might bake gingerbread things instead! Or maybe not, just be a scrouge!!

I'd really like to have a traditional Christmas, none of the commercial guff! Everyone was Christmas shopping yesterday in the high street and I just thought "What is the point?" Anyway, enough bah humbug!

"So here it is Merry Christmas, everybody's having fuuuuu-uuuuun........."

........... in four weeks!
