Well I just walked the treadmill for 50mins....argh...

I know what ya mean about hubby's loosing much more than us

My diet is the HMR Healthy Solutions Plan...It is a medically supervised program through a local hospital, but you can join on line as well. When I was on WW I never learned how to eat HEALTHY..I always saved my points for junk, junk in junk out

plus always counting points all day long day in and day out was just not for me, I was constantly thinking about food

and worrying about how many points I had left before they were all gone for the day

So needless to say I was not a success story on WW
With Healthy solutions I consume about 1200 1500 calories a day, they have classes you can attend if a local hospital is near you if you sign on line you get a phone sponsor...they practice "MORE IS BETTER" attitude and you need to stay in the box, meaning they give you a tool box so to speak and as long as you stay in the box you will lose weight. They really push Physical activity also known as PA and fresh fruits and veggies...for me this is something that is finally working

I have always maintained there a million "diet" plans out there and they ALL carry success stories

most of the battle we face is to find out which one really works best for our selves, so after numerous diets, WW, south beach, shangrali, slimfast, etc to name a few...this has been working the best so far for me, I hope to become one day a success story where I reach my goal!!

so that is what I am doing good luck with WW it has helped alot of people obtain their goal weight...unfortunatly I was not one of them
Well I am off to eat lunch....and drink some more water, I think that was part of my problem last week too, you need to drink water to flush away the fat cells and I did not drink my min.

let alone drinking over....so drink your water girls...
