Seriously now...jk...when PMS hits even if you exercise in small intervals helps you than not doing anything at all. Walk 10 mins, then later add another 10 and so on until you at least get up to 45 mins a day, you;ll be surprized at how fast 10 mins goes.... good luck...I am cheering for ya

Today I walked 30 mins and I felt like I walked 2 hrs. I was so sleepy and really not motivated at all, but I did 30 and maybe later I'll do 15 to get my 45 mins in...

Hey Kiwi how is that "rabbit" diet going?

what do you actually put on your salad? do you like balsamic vinegar? I love it and there are some with only 5 calories per tablespoon and I can eat that on my salads without oil...or what about those wishbone spritzers, can you have those? sorry but plain salad and chicken sounds very dry....like you....

Ya know we all had that stomach virus in my house, my skinny son lost 6lbs. after he puked

for 2 days and had well you know the other for a few more days...I too had the same thing and only had a 2lb weight loss for that week, Now I am not complaining abou the 2lbs, but geeze I would have loved a 6lb loss that would put me in the 170's......wouldn't that be nice...
Drink your water ladies and fidget all day long...have a good one..
