Sorry for the lengthy absence. For now I'm taking a little break from posting - just don't seem to have anything much to say. One of these days I'll be back, and will be lurking until then. (Meanwhile, confession time: my tracker is NOT telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth... )

Good luck all.

Day one for exercise. Day 2 actually, because I exercised already today.
I'm having a FAT day today. Bleh.
Yeah CBETA!!

Nice to finish one, isn't it? I hope you are feeling better and things at work settle down!
Hi Shad!
Hope everyone else is doing well!

Hey all. Day 1 complete for all my challenges. Did have to laugh, however. I had to run to the store to pick up different hot cereal, as what I purchased before I set challenge #3 would have broken #3. Ah well

Did not make it to the gym though. I killed my shoes today, and had to go get a new pair. Luckily, found 3 on clearance for the price of 1. I have absolutely nothing to go with the one pair, but boy will I have fun finding something .

Have a great night all.

LOL well I completed Day 2 -- but it was funny. I forgot my mini toast crunchie thingies for lunch so when I was in a shopping center tried to tell myself that I could go get a piece of the free homemade bread one of our local bakeries gives out to equal what I forgot. Yah RIGHT.. then I thought, "You do and you will go back to Day 1!!" Since I was only on Day 2 I didn't want to have to go back already to Day 1!! So I skipped it.

Dance

Thank you thank you thank you.
except work is getting busier by the minute.
for now all networks are down which puts me again behind schedule.
:-(
I am back to being 245 after gaining a few water pounds, which were held up by salty smoked fish. I feel better after not being able to eat anything. All I did is work and sleep last two days. Must get back to normal life, where gym, healthy eating, and personal life exists.

Someone was asking about fish, so here is my recipie. I make it inside the stove. Normally I use salmon. I salt it, and cover with any spices that you like. I prefer, the 21 spice from Trader Joe's. I spray some lemon juice and then pour a little bit of water and cover with pearchment paper. Stick inside the stove, and take it out when done... I don't remember what's the temp (around 350-375) and how long...though.

Morning, all, Just wanted to say I notched another day yesterday, at the last minute...no, beyond the last minute. I turned on the light again and did my crunches after I had gone to bed! Hurrah for me!

All, good luck and hang in there!
And carla!! I want you back here toute suite!! No AWOL stuff! If you don't know what to say, you can start with "I am on Day 1 of a new challenge!" Come on, if I can be here despite the mess my life is these days, then you can be too! Besides, I NEED YOU!!!!
