MATILDA!!! Go head wicha bad self!!

Cake - You are doing the thang!! That Zumba ain't nothing to play with but it is loads of fun!!
KC - Don't be hard on yourself. As Brit says, this is not a race and you have the rest of your life to live on plan.
Sal - If you look it in small pieces you will get it done. Don't let your slip up or off day ruin the entire process.

I fell down the stairs this morning and I'm in pain . I didn't workout out at lunch and I think today may be an off day because I don't want to aggravate anything. I will be eating fewer calories to compensate for not working out. I can't remember the last time I fell anywhere. I'm a little mixed up emotionally but the only person that saw me fall is my baby girl. She asked what happened and if I was alright. She's such a sweet two year old.

ok so I went to the dr yesterday and was told I have a mild concussion and can't go back to work for a week. Had a back x-ray today and have been thinking about getting on the treadmill. It's so tempting sitting over there in the corner...calling my name. The dr said no reading, working out or thinking...WHAT??!!? I can't do that...not think or workout. I can walk slow and get it in. I have to do it while my husband is at work or he will make me lay down.

I guess that would be an NSV...tempted to workout. You all keep up the good work. For some strange reason all I want is CARBS...the devil!!

Hey everyone,
I'm better. I felt great today and walked 3 miles on the treadmill this morning. I was having a great day and then went to a baby shower. I ended up sitting on some hard chairs and it aggravated my back. I hadn't had any meds all day and I had to take some because that pain ain't nothing to play with.

Hopefully tomorrow I will wake up like I did this morning. I will stay home too.
Brit - You are doing a fabulous job...as always. Hopefully in four months I will be close to my goal.

It's another week and another chance to get things right! I had a tough food weekend and overindulded myself but I am in the right headspace so think that I can face my slipup and start again. My October goal is to hit a BMI of 25! Wish me luck

Jiggle, you are back on the proverbial horse super quick. Great dedication! I've been known to use every excuse known to man to bypass a workout.

Brit, big hair small body is funny to me. I want to have big hair and a small body one day instead of huge hair and a big body! Congrats on sticking to the your plan.

Matilda08, my weekend was pretty crud crud as well. I had a moment of weakness while driving past a McDonalds. 26 points later (i'm on WW) I was feeling a little nauseous and completely stuffed. I am definitely hitting the gym hard this week.

Glad to see I was not alone in the bad weekend and is trying to get back on track. I can't wait until weekends become manageable! Might only be time and practice.

I too will hit the gym hard this week!

Sorry for your fall! Be sure to use Dragon/tiger balm to keep pain/bruising to a minimum!

Today was my WW meeting day and I'm officially 174.6 (last wi was 178.2) which is a pretty AWESOME loss for me and resulted in another 5lb sticker. That's 3 stickers so far and I am only 5.6lbs from my mini goal! YAY ME!!!

Hey Slim! No need to fear just keep doing what you are doing becasue it is working!

Matilda, it's easy to be discouraged when the scale swings up... are you comparing home weights to the WW weight? I find I am about 1-2lbs lighter first thing in the morning than I am by meeting time.

Sheinthespirit, have you been to the gym today? Yesterday I logged a 5k on the treadmill which I followed up with a bit too many shrimp wontons but stayed within my points.

Uggg... Yesterday was my sisters bday so I feasted on tacos, rice and beans. It was delicious but I have to do better. A victory was that I went without cheese (I <3 cheese). An extra special learning moment was that beans are good without cheese!

Matilda08, I used to weigh every day (2+ times some days) and when I had any fluctuation I would completely freak out. I think daily works best for people who don't get obsessed with the numbers. How do you stay sane with the normal fluctuations?

Idk but its crazy because It helps me see my patterns. For the most part when I am on plan I almost always lose even if its 2oz. It motivates me if numbers are up or down. Keeps me accountable

Today I wi at 226.4 almost at my ten% praying to have a good weekend!!!
