Sizes are a funny thing. I guess I must be compact too bc at 4'11" and weighing over 200 lbs I can easily fit into a 16. At 150 lbs I was in a size 10 for pants and size 8 for skirts.

- you are so funny. The cookies were committing suicide in your mouth. I laughed out loud at that one. You are rocking a six...I so long to get to a 10 at least.
Matilda - Congrats you are going to make it through this decade easily...watch and see. It seems like crossing over a hurdle gives you momentum.

Shay - You are doing great, even your absence. Before your BC did you have a lot of new growth or a TWA?

I just finished my workout and I am on target with my calories for the day. Feeling good about getting good measurements this Saturday. This month needs to be a breakthrough month for me just because I was hoping to be farther along than I am.

Slim- theads close at 500 so we have a ways to go but not too much longer

cake- u are looking really good to me! Its great that you have been keeping up I remember when you first joined

Jigglefree--I'm rocking a TWA. I transitioned for a year so I have about 5.5 inches of hair right now.

I forgot to mention that I also hired a trainer. I start on 9/22. So the plan is to exercise about 4 times a week bw the trainer, two classes, and one day on my own.

Had a great day yesterday. Stayed within my 1400 calorie limit I am working hard not to go over by even 1 calorie.

I was wondering what I was going to do about clothes when it gets cool and cold. Well one of my coworkers brought me a bunch of sweaters. I was really excited because I don't have to spend money on winter clothes until after I get to goal!! I figure sweaters can be big so I can wear long sleeve Tshirts and turtlenecks under them. So I'm very excited this morning!!

I'm having a great weekend. I haven't overdone it on any front. My workout for yesterday was walking and today I went on a 3 mile walk at the track up the street. Had a loss of 1.5 inches for last week and I'm okay with it. I will be pressing in for more this week. My first two days last week were out of control. I'm back on task for the next few weeks. I'm feeling good about it all in all.

Happy monday ladies! On saturday I took a 30mins cycling class and I did 45min on the elliptical and boy ol boy am I sore!!!

THe bad new is that this morning I wi in at 234 im not that worried because I know my muscles are sore so hopefully I work my way back down. I am also going to sign up for a personal training session at my gym. I am curious to see how many inches I have lost since I was last measured!

Well it's a new week and I'm doing great. I just got back from my workout and I feel great. I Think it's going to be a great week.

scale is definitely being my friend..i did some walkin the other day and surprisingly my abs are kinda sore today from it.i like it!im a couple pounds from being out the 150's..i should be in the 140's by beginning of next week...maybe even sooner.

OT: i had really fun this weekend..went on my first "date" and had a blast.
