That sounds great lila.... i wish i had some one like that in my life i could knuckle down with so far my so called gym buddy has not turned up once... and keeps canceling at the last hurdle.... but i have been going anyway .. and i have found i really love it..

this afternoon though they only muscle in my body that doesnt hurt is my jaw.... lol... and even though its not sore i havent been exercising it.... which is my usual thing to do when im sulky..

im happy yet sulky.. i have spent they day sitting on my butt... but have behaved otherwise... i tried to run to the phone before.... hmmmm 3 steps and i stopped.. ouch ouch ouch.... lol ....

I know im sick and twisted because im happy to be sore.. its been such a long time since any exercise had made me feel like i worked the next day .


Vonni well done on the 400 grams and half way point... thats brilliant...

wow vonni that really rocks - i didnt even notice you had lost so much i feel terrible - great idea the cream cheese and celery, i forget sometimes how much i like those things - today's snack was raw mushrooms and sweet chilli sauce

Lila it might be good for things to get ugly could be incentive to push harder and get really competative heehee.

Kel thats ok its been sneaking away very slowly so havent really broadcast it. just had that big 400g jump and HAD to post

I cant wait to get over these damn flus and head colds etc so i can actually have energy to walk around the block and get MOVING. Have decided NOT to join the gym till after my gold coast holiday in september. Cause i know if i miss that week it will be harder to get motivated again.

so just eating ok and work exercise and occassional walk will do it for now.

Got massive headache today. My daughter is back home with her little one till my nephew and her find a house to rent so i have 8 people here plus occassionally her boyfriend and weekends matts 3 boys. Pretty full on household and slowly going insane. Might bring my pillow to your place kel haha any room in the dog kennels? Or maybe the chooks will keep me warm.

Crikey Vonni that is a helluva full house! Congrats on your 400g loss that is really great

I have lost the 500g that I gained back the other week so am very happy with that. Currently sitting at 85.6kg.

Had a really good day yesterday, ate well and did spin again which was good. Did indulge in 3 glasses of wine in the evening though which wasn't so good of me!

Goals for today:

1) Eat well
2) Go to the gym

vonni - yes i have a spare bed, or you can sleep in the laundry or chicken world heheehe
amy - last night i was the piker of a gym buddy relationship BUT i am so so sick of being the one to ALWAYS go and to ALWAYS have to go so she goes, she will NOT go without me and i hate the pressure
you on the other hand ROCK for going without gym buddy.... sometimes i prefer no gym buddy coz you can zone out and concentrate on working out and it is relaxing

i am going to the gym this morning to do cardio, yesterday did weights and hurt bad!! then tomorrow night boxing and then friday morning cardio again which will be the same amount of exercise i think i did the week before last so hopefully my weightloss will reflect it

im not exercising until i can walk.... lol ... im even worse this morning.. so much so i have gained 3 kilos... and i can tell you its all the fluid in my muscles.. i had to take neurofen plus... lol ... ... its my thighs that are the worst.... trying to sit down stand up is horrible... then my abs... hurts shoulders chest .... arms are pretty good ... until i try to lift them.. lol.

it kinda shows i have never done weights before huh.... i may be fit and able to keep up but... i used muscles that have been asleep for a long time...

either way i will go to aqua tommorow though ... i can take it somewhat easy.. but only if i tell lindy ( jillian micheals twin, let me tell ya) i am injured... lol... i just have to come up with an injury good enough for her not to ride me like a prize stallion up and down the pool ... lol


well today is a big day.... Leahs first school visit.... ... its so cute her school clothes are huge on her and it just goes to prove how little she is...lol. her piccy is on facebook... ill take some more at school though.. and add to the album.. anyway gotta run... sitting in a robe.. with driping wet hair is not getting me dressed... lol

Amy so sorry to hear your bits are so sore . . . when you mentioned that you felt no pain the other day I though ruh roh . . . its on the way I have been in so much pain from the gym that I have come into work and had trouble typing lol cos I couldnt lift my little arms lol

Everyone else - you are all doing so great! I hope to join you soon once I get some work crappppppppppp under control.

Congrats everyone on the losses!

Well my week's been up and down. First I kept forgetting my lunch, so I'd have to go buy it. But I made healthy choices, with a chicken sandwhich being the fave. I also had two dinners at friends places, but they were healthy. On Saturday though I cracked and had a small can of Pringles. (from work that we won, the rest went into work on Monday)

BUT I lost 2.5kg at weigh in this week! Which means after 11 days I've lost 3.7kg! Yay me!

Now I need to exercise and it will keep coming off!

I ended up being stuck at work late last night so couldn't get to the gym. Had a pretty good day with food though and am looking forward to going to the gym tonight.

Tonight I'll aim to do weights and spin.

Well done Renny Sue. When you see great results like that it really makes you want to keep at it. Congrats!

Amy. I know exactly where you're coming from! The best thing for you to do is go and do another class, maybe get a massage too! How was Leah's first school visit. Did you cry? I did when my baby first went!

I start my new job on Monday and I'm starting to wonder how I'm going to manage working and mumming and wifing all at the same time! How do you do it Vonni? Maybe I'll have to change my priorities a bit, like a spotless house is not the most important thing! Will be a challenge for sure!

I had a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and I think I'm on the way to losing a whole kg! Will see tomorrow!

Barb its so nice to hear you up beat and happy .. good luck with your first day you must be nervous/excited about the big day and love the sound of your sneak peek...

alan you're right.... just sometimes... being the hare would be nice... lol ... not too often once every few months would be fine... im not greedy... lol

just got back from aqua im no where near as sore today ... but did stop early and take it easy at the end.. i have lost most of those extra fluid kilos... so am looking forward to weigh in in the morning when i think they would have cleared off.. ... will wait and see.

going to body jam again tommorrow night.. cant wait love dancing..

I had a really good day yesterday, ate well and did weights and spin after work.

BIG challenge today will be to go to the gym after work. Always hard on a Friday!
