Kel I got Pearl Jam tix last week, it's a surprise for the boy's birthday I can't wait to surprise him with them!

So far so good today. I've eaten some delicious honey flavoured greek yoghurt for breakfast and have a most amazing looking salad waiting for me to have for lunch.

Got my gym gear packed and I will go to the gym tonight even if my mouse is still sore!

We went and saw the baby on the weekend. She's so tiny! Her head fits into my hand and she's the length of my forearm! I think mum would be so proud. Oh and Vonni, you'll appreciate this. my SIL's labour was 15 minutes! I can't figure out how to post a pic here so if you want a look send me a pm with your email and I'll send some pics back!

I gave my kittens back to the shelter to get another foster home since I was leaving and had done my estimated time of 3 weeks with them. They were lovely and well socialised so I'm sure they had no worries sending them somewhere to finish fattening up.

Much more positive today after two days on Jenny Craig. Its AWESOME. I'm just so, so positive on this as I'm eating new foods, and learning new ways to eat healthily. On WW and SureSlim, I never really had that. It costs a **** of a lot more, but if I come out of it healthy and fit and KNOWING how to cook, then even better!

Glad to hear you sounding so motivated and focused RennySue!

Great before and after pic Amy you look way different now!

I had a really good day yesterday - ate well and did weights followed by a 20 minute jog and 20 minute walk at the gym.

Have brought another delicious salad to have for lunch today and I plan on doing a spin class at the gym tonight.

Mouth is still pretty sore so will be chomping on painkillers all day

Awesome work Amy.

Guess what guys? A friend of my daughters joined a gym last week. and when we had spoke bout it a few weeks ago i said if she joined i would do it with her just a time thing.

Well for joining she got a free pass for a friend that is for 5 days in gym and a free evaluation and program. Then if I join I get 2 face to face with a PT each week and ongoing check ins. Might be what I need.

My first time is this afternoon... woohoo I am soooooo excited

Well done on gymming it when you feel off. That is my best excuse for no gym. In fact I am using that one right now. TOM has arrived for the 2nd time this month (i have a heap of issues thereeeeeee ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh) and i am headachey and emo and just pissed off in general)

But food is still good so thats a win!

Von let us know how the gym goes!

RennySue congrats on two great days!!! I love Jenny.

Renny Sue, how does JC teach you to cook - don't they give you prepackaged food?

26 dollars a fortnight direct debit if I join. Achievable. 3 - 5 times recommended by the instructors, - perhaps achievable?????

They do a program for you cardio and weights. they recommend 2-3 weight and 3-5 cardio workouts a week. but u can combine them only do half yr cardio befofre the weights and the other half afterwards as a muscle cool down. The girl was only young but lovely and knowledgable (is that spelt right?)

They dont expect yu to push hard full on, they only recommend 20 minutes cardio, and only 2 pieces of equipment (10 min each) They start a program off of about 4 machines for weights and 2 ab exercises. one with a medicin ball and the other on a machine. Hey they even have a BUNS machine lmao.

They do, but you supply the vegtables and perishables. So I'm getting the food prepackaged, but I'm cooking it myself, which I've never done before. When I get closer to goal, I start cooking my own food from scratch, so its baby steps ATM.
