I ended up hitting my goal of losing 8 lbs in May, so I'm going to stick with a similar goal for June...only this time, it will technically be 8.4 lbs, because that will put me squarely at 167 lbs, which is my lowest post-pubescent weight EVER. If I'm able to hit that number, I will be back to where I was when I lost some weight back when I was 16 years old! Needless to say, I'd be thrilled to see that number again, especially before I go back home next month on vacation! We will see if it's in the cards, lol.

On the last day of May I hit some major milestones, including my final weight target!
I weighed in at 54.0kg (118.8lb), which also translated to 40.04lb loss, and 25.21% off my original bodyweight. All since January 5th this year
So my mission for June is Maintenance. Kind of boring, sort of, but i'm excited to move in to this phase and see if I can do it!!
I'll go with 5 pounds again as my goal. That's a reach for me. When I'm completely on plan, I usually lose 3-4 pounds. Guess I'll have to upgrade my plan.

I was up today too. I had a handful of pretzels yesterday, so I'm hoping it is water weight from the extra sodium. But I've had a handful of "up" days that I couldn't really explain.

Hi Everyone! Remember me anyone? I see some familiar faces for sure. I was doing well at the beginning of the year but some set backs in February made me fall off course. I'm happy to say I'm right around the weight I was at when things went south back then. I'm ready to start losing again and I'm back for the great support I always find at 3FC.
Right now I'm still weighing everyday but I usually end up getting frustrated by that so this go round I'm not planning on making sure I step on the scale everyday. If I wake up and I'm not feeling it, I will pass for the day.
Casey, when I stopped posting you had just gotten under 200. Your progress since then is awesome. Congratulations!
