And to think that a month ago, a good day for me was 10,000 fewer than that! I use my phone to track, so that doesn't include all the times I don't have my phone on me. I'd estimate that's only an extra 1,000 steps though. Anyway, I won't be tracking my steps as part of the challenge this month, but I will still be aiming to keep them high and will share them when I hit a new PR.
Did you also listen to a podcast during yours yesterday? I listened to one on travel, and the time flew by.
