Total Loss for Week One:
Ok, today just had me confused. I really expected to be back into 246.x territory this morning, not up to 248.2. I was surprised enough, I stepped off and weighed in again to be sure. That is my biggest 1 day gain so far, but I got my two walks in yesterday and ate well and drank a lot of water. I have no explanation, so here's hoping for a whoosh in the next few days.
Beautiful out today, so hubby and I went for a walk on the Greenbelt along the river, about 2.5 miles.








It's not enough to totally derail me, but little things like that can definitely add up if you don't notice them or track them properly. (Same with getting in too little cals as well, like you said.) That was definitely a face-palm moment for me.
And, passing 162 is exactly what puts me into the "normal" BMI range and is my next mini-goal, as well --how neat! I even have a ticker for it and everything, lol. You're closer to it than I am, so now that I know we're the exact same height and have that same milestone coming up, I'm rooting for you to hit it more than ever! 
Now, let's hope I get to keep it tomorrow.
